The depth is beautiful and will make it perform well. The Maltese cross pattern is perfect. The length to width ratio is attractive. This is an ideal cut diamond in the elongated old mine style.

Sorry to jump in but if you’re interested in the ideal cut vintage style stone. I’d also consider custom cuts from distinctive gem and vendors that work in that niche.
I was just looking at at 1.90+ F/VS1 for a ton less money. Staying even a hair under that 2ct mark will save you cash without sacrificing a lot of visual size.

Gorgeous! I will say, I really do NOT think Leon would set this. However, Victor makes beautiful hand forged settings but is not Leon and would not copy a design exactly
