Time to reset “Winter” my 3.01 ACA!

I‘m also having him do another ring. I’m resetting my cushion diamond into a yellow gold ring. He’s removing it from my solitaire bangle bracelet.

No thread. I decided to just do a simple tiffany style 6 prong solitaire. I love the setting I have now but I want more versatility and a plain solitaire would match with more with my bands.

Oh My Gosh Mamabee, She is absolutely STUNNING!!! All the porportions are perfection. She is huge but still has that beautiful feminine, soft pretty look to her. Getting that balance is tricky and you nailed it. The side stones are the perfect delicate touch. David Klass did a fantastic job.

Yes @SparklieBug..My baguettes are just slightly tapered. I don’t like the baguette to look tapered to almost a point on the end that meets the shank…almost like a triangle..I also wanted mine to just be a shimmer at the shoulders. I have VS F color baguettes which match Winter so they’re white and bright. It’s hard to capture in a photo but they really sparkle unlike many baguettes I’ve had before. I have insomnia right now so I’m answering you at four in the morning..haha I promise to take a close up pic tomorrow. For me..I just wanted to see baguettes but not metal holding it on near the head too. They’re all pretty..but everyone has their own ideas how they want their settings to look like. If you’re thinking of doing a baguette setting I would search online for different designs and start saving them in your photos. I pretty much knew what I wanted in the end though because I had so many resets..I could eliminate the ones I didn’t care for as much. I can’t wait to see what you decide.

She’s here!! I absolutely love this ring! I’ve been waiting for this ring since I’ve been 20 years old! David knocked it out of the park! I take horrible photos as you all know but I snapped a few. I had David shave off a little of the prongs thinking they were sticking out a bit when I saw his video. He couldn’t take much off saying it would compromise the setting. When I opened up the little blue velvet box today I was blown away..Winter has the tiniest baby claws. They’re adorable! This is a long way from my little included pear that I got when I first got married 48 years ago!

I did take more pics yesterday when I was out doing errands ..She was so happy she was shooting fire and pastel colors everywhere!

@Tonks Thank you! It is so comfortable to wear. I had settings that would knock into everything…This one is the perfect height for my bands too. I’m so happy I finally hit on the tapered baguette setting that has everything I wanted. I can’t tell you how many baguette settings I had for different diamonds that just wasn’t right. This one is just what I wanted.
The prongs are so cute. David did a great job..
