I've been a lurker here but this thread has really made me appreciate "smaller" diamonds. Here's my semi-new ring!
.75 center stone/H/IF/Ex

Here's mine:
0.78 round center stone in a 0.35 pave setting with two surprise diamonds on each side.
What kind of wedding band should I get? Can you give me some advice please?
a simple yellow gold, or eternity band?
thanks!

Hi all

https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/thanks-to-you-all-i-have-my-dream-e-ring.162468/

ve been lurking for a little while. Whilst i haven't posted much, i have read a lot!!! I just thought since you guys had helped my (now) fiancee and i choose our diamonds and setting i should just say thanks. So thanks!!!!! I am very grateful to this forum and all the wonderful advice.

My OH and i flew to the big city to buy a ring. I had a couple of designs that i thought was what i want. Until i saw my dream e-ring. My OH and i both loved it so that was an easy decision. We picked the diamond and all was good.

Then the waiting game started. OMG!!! 3 weeks felt like months!! Then the doubt. Will i still love it?

It came. I had to wait. Less than a day but still.......... Then i go out for a couple of hours and come home to something tied to my dog... Yup it is my ring

It isn't huge, but perfect for me

Ok so now for the stats
Centre stone is 0.5ct, F, VVS2,
Side stones are 10 baguette cut, 0.66tcw, D-F, VVS
I put it into the HCA and it came back as 0.8.

This one my mum bought me for my 18th a couple of years ago *cough cough* ;)
only stats i have is that it is 9ct yg with a champagne rb centre and 3 rb on each side. Stones are meant to be from western australia
My mum has the certificate somewhere :)

Excuse the dry hands. Winter is knocking me around this year :)

I started casually looking for inspiration this winter, then joined pricescope and turned it up a notch in February. This weekend, my longtime girlfriend became my fiancee and we're both very happy with the ring (and the fact that we're engaged, obviously ). The deets: .97 F SI2 AVC in a Mark Morrell 4-prong petite torchiere with slightly narrowed shank. I stretched my budget a little, but we both love the final product.

I'm actually not entirely sure of all the stats. My husband sent the certificate to her along with the stone, but I remember it's .80 ct, VVS2, and I think the color is J.

My original e-ring was made by James Meyer, but I fell in LOVE with this Ann McKay design, and I really wanted an oval. I'll probably go back and forth between the two rings...lol

I know I am not a chatty one around here but I visit weekly to see what other LIW's are up to, some gorgeous bling, and whatnot. I applied to officially to become a LIW last year and I am say taa taa at # 36 (I think I was 105 when I started?)

I've been engaged for a week now and am just managing to get a moment on here since it's been CRAZY busy and I wanted some decent photos to show too (What's a thread without pics?! Heehee)

Now for The ring!!!

It's a Valina Bridal piece.
Round Stone is .80 brilliant cut, F colour, VVSI clarity and 44 1.4mm G colour, good cut side diamonds for a .50 TDW
I LOOOOOVEEEEE IT!!!!!

It's quite hard to take decent photos on my point and shoot - How the heck do you all do it?!?!

I've been lurking around for a little while, getting informed ideas from everyone's gorgeous photos, so I thought I should add my marquise to the collection! Here's my lovely new e-ring, my ring size is 5.75.

It's 0.58 carat D VS2, L/W = 2.01 and the setting is palladium. (Excuse my hands looking like a war-zone at the moment...)

On July 7th, our 4 year dating anniversary, my (now) fiance proposed while we watched the sunrise over the lake at the lakefront cottage we were staying at with friends. It was a really nice intimate time together and a lovely proposal. We spent the morning together reveling in the excitement of being newly engaged lounging at the cottage and later we celebrated with dinner out with our friends. I love my ring I can't stop looking at it.

The ring is a BGD Tapered Tiffany Half Round with a BGD Signature H&A. The diamond is a 0.788ct AGS Ideal 000 G SI2 (eyeclean) 5.92x5.97x3.63mm Depth 61.1% Table 56.8% Crown angle 34.5 Pavilion angle 40.7.

Thank you to everyone who contributes on Pricescope we've learned a lot lurking on this website. Thank you to BGD and Denise who I'm told was very helpful and professional throughout the ring purchasing process. We were hesitant to purchase online but now we're very glad we did.

BGD .57 G SI1
WF Legato Sleek Line Pave

It is a long story on why its a BGD stone in a WF setting. More or less I was wanting the BGD Gina Setting, I bought the stone had it shipped and was going to ship it back and have it set in the Gina setting but they raised prices. After having to axe the Gina setting I still wanted to get a nice diamond setting and my only option in my price range was going with WF. Close to five WF sent these.

I can finally add the finished ring!
18k Rose Gold with a white gold trellis.
Center stone: 0.65, H, Si1, AGS000, ACA
Side stones: 2 x 0.16, H, Si1

So being home from school all summer can be dangerous. I stay up too late wandering Ebay. Look what I just had to have... It is 14k white gold with a .20 diamond that is clear to my eye and when louped. The detail of the filigree is almost perfect. The only downside is it is a 7.5 and I am not. I am going to give it to my daughter for her birthday :

As many of your know, my second son, Ryder, was born in June. And so I went in search of a baby ring to commemorate his birth!

It is a platinum semi bezel design with a .31ct G VS2 ideally proportioned diamond. The cut on the stone is fantastic, took my handy Ideal Scope with me to buy it of course and it looks amazing. The stone also came with a lab report from Birks confirming that the proportions are awesome, scores less than 2 on the HCA. I took it to Birks after buying it and they authenticated it as one of theirs.

So thanks PS for helping me get a wonderful ring at a wonderful price to represent my wonderful son!

Hey guys!

Why should my SO have all the blingy goodness of a delicious colored diamond? He shouldn't!

And now... He doesn't!

David and Jennifer from Diamonds by Lauren were such amazing and wonderful people to work with! Plus living close to NYC had a lot of benefits. Like dropping off my .84ct radiant fancy deep brownish yellowish diamond in person to David in his office. And then he brought out a smorgasbord of BLING. OMG if you're ever in NYC go and hang out in there. Your mind will be blown! It's great to see the other side of the biz too! He has the coolest job ever.

Anyways, back to the ring.

The SO's ring is gold and silver, done by Jessedanger of Etsy. So when I thought about my ring I wanted one in the same metals. It was daunting to ask some of PS's amazing vendors if they worked in silver. In the end, the customer service price and quality of DBL won out.

The semi-bezel is 18kt and the band is sterling with a satin finish. Oh I could continue to describe but hey pictures are like a 1000 words sooooo........
