Under 1ct diamonds

Melissa, I'm so sorry to hear that Wink's mother is doing so badly. Prayers and positive thoughts going out for both of them. It's good that you can lighten his load a bit. Guess the upside is you got your ring more quickly, right? It really is beautiful. perfect on your hand!

The pics aren't the best quality, so when I get to the store for batteries I'll do a thread on my new ring. This is a .67ct I/SI1 Crafted By Infinity in a Vatche Grace setting, finger size 6.75 (but the ring is a 7 since I swell in summer). The band is a 2.5mm Roseco pave cathedral band.

Absolutely stunning! Congrats :)

Considering how many years I waited for just the right one for me to come along, and then a 4-month backup at the bench, I really wanted to get my hands on this ring! Vatche is only an hour away from me, so I saw no reason to have them ship to Boise, and then have Wink ship it to NJ. Kinda silly actually. :)

Bumping for more :)

Here is mine.
Center: 0.92 G VS1 Princess Cut
Halo: 0.20
Setting: 1.50 total of 3 rows of round and 2 rows of princess cuts.

Pictures aren't great but might just give an idea. And by the way I wear a size 7. I have chubby fingers. :(

Wow!! Congrats! It's blindingly blingy! What are you thinking for a wedding band?

This is my favorite thread, and I've been wanting to share my ring since I reset it two years ago. It only took me two years to figure out how to do that! Anyway, I went from my original traditional yg w/wg head soliaire (from 1987) to a wg split shank solitaire, 'custom made' by my local jeweler. The box in the pics is not this jewelers box, btw. My stone looks a little cloudy in the pics, but not at all like that in person.
I
t's a .67ct K SI1 heirloom stone. It may or may not be a transitional cut. Ring is a size 5 1/4.

Thanks but I really don't have an idea about a wedding band. I was thinking just this would be enough as it is a thick band.. I don't think I will be comfortable wearing another ring on that finger. What do you think? :?

These pictures might look a little better..:)

Beautiful ring LBB and I think that it is PERFECT the way it is. You dont need a wedding band. I would wear it as it is

By the way, everytime I see your screen name I think its mine--lol. I usually use LBB. For some reason when I signed up for pricescope (a week before you) I used lbbaber instead.

Yay, I get to add mine! It's a .72ct, good cut, H-J color, VS2 clarity Old Mine cut. The setting is by Scott Kay and my ring size is a 4.5. I LOVE it!

I'm having the best time looking at all of these beautiful rings -

LBB: Your ring is gorgeous! IMO you absolutely don't need a w-band. This beautiful ring can definitely stand on it's own, looks very substantial on your hand, love it! The really nice thing about having one ring is you don't have to deal with the w- band spinning around all the time!

KaeKae: I LOVE your reset!!! It frames your stone beautifully without over-powering it. I've been really attracted to split-shanks lately. And I love the double prongs! (the jeweler's name brought back memories for me! When I was growing up Walter Baumans was the go-to jeweler! Whenever my mother need a really, really special gift, that's where she'd head lol.)

Grlsbestfriend: Oh, that halo is dreamy! I have a .75 oec currently set in a pendant, and I've been playing around with the idea of re-setting it into a ring, and I'm really attracted to your setting! It has an antique feel to it that I just love. Perfect!

dmz: Your solitaire is beautiful!! I'm so drawn to the timeless, classic beauty of this style. And your stone is gorgeous, looks perfect on your hand!

mitsuI4: Your heart diamond is perfectly shaped!! It's gorgeous. I love the setting too, the profile is stunning and so different - and the stone has such presence on your hand, love it!

Beautifull Ladies :appl: ! Here are my rings. The solitaire is a 0.96ct and the w-band is a total of 0.69ct.

I haven't figured out how to post more than one picture in a response yet (or learned how to put in the little embarrassed face!).

Wow, what a beautiful stone and setting! If my GF liked halo settings (she dismisses them in pictures, but I know shes never tried one on), I'd be all over something like. I love Vatche settings and your combo there is stunning. Congratulations :)

Hello! I've been lurking on the site for several months. I decided to sign up when PS added the Pre-loved Forum that was accessible to PS members only.

Anyway, here is my E-Ring. I found PS several months after being married, so all I know is that it is a .48 ct Marquise in a 14 kt wg .05 cttw setting. Yep, a marquise. Not sure why, but I've always loved them. I love the setting that I have. It is full eternity, btw. I wanted something unique, which kept me from getting a semi-mount with pave' rows or a halo, but I am missing the sparkle I could've had with that kind of setting. However, the super-detailed, unique setting was more important to me in the end, and I am in love with it.

My wedding band is not pictured here, although it matches the E-ring exactly. I like wearing this tiny diamond band with it instead. Wearing the two identical bands together makes it look like one big band. Also, the wedding band looks very nice on my RH. I think I might like another tiny diamond band to put on the other side of my E-Ring (to give it the extra sparkle I'm missing)--maybe a Christmas or Birthday present some time? However, I think that if I'm going to invest in another diamond band, I better start over and get 2 new ones that are a little bigger and better quality. The current diamond band is too tiny. It was a cheap buy and doesn't look that secure--not meant to last forever. But it's fine for now!

My new RHR! .70ct K SI2 GIA Ex cut in a jewelryhoo setting! Eventually this will be re-set in a three stone ring. The setting is apparently based on the Cartier Ballerine...I love it!
