Well there's mine lol definitely no tiny fingers here, especially with pregnancy. Normally I wear a 6.5 but I had them sized to 7.5 so I can still wear them until I swell out of that too. I suppose it will help too when I add a third ring later on.
This is my compromise engagement ring we had made using my grandmother's. 47 H colour diamond. Total weight is about 1.2 carats.
From what I know it's fine cut so the jeweller got matching colour melee for the engagement ring. Not sure if it too is fine cut or no. Centre stone has got a giant inclusion, so low clarity but now that I'm not being crazy about my wedding I barely notice it anymore I was going to go for a solitaire but husband decided it needed to be fancy. I had to rein him in because I prefer fancy wedding bands and plain engagement rings and this was our result lmao. I realise it's not as nice as many in here but hopefully it's not too bad
Well thank you I really appreciate it.Umm, not only is this “not too bad”, it’s gorgeous! I’m so glad you posted a pic MM. Seriously, your ring is really beautiful and I love the setting, your jeweler did a fabulous job. I love it!
You have a beautiful ring! I really like that setting alotWell I can't be super helpful with the specs of my ring as far as color and clarity, but I do know it's 1 carat and I'm a size 6. SNIPPED
That is gorgeous and I love the setting
WOW! Very pretty!! I like that setting!
Here is my Wife's engagement diamond. We didn't have much when we were starting out, but I got her only a .48 point stone, but the quality is very high.
I lost my everything to cancer five years back. I was going to bury her with her ring, but what my Grandmother tol me made sense. She pulled a gold chain from around her neck, and there was Grandpa's wedding ring. She said that every morning she gives it a kiss, and it makes her feel closer to him.
So, I had it set into a six prong pendant setting. Grandma had a heavy, old 14K solid box link chain that was my Grandpa's, and It fit my pendant perfectly. I occasionally take my Grandmother to lunch, and she always wants to look at it.
And she was right. It does make me feel as if somehow a little bit of her is still with me, and that helps. Anyhow, here it is.
Thank You @justdeb_. I had to do a double take, because my wife's name is/was Deb too. Kind words are always welcome, so nice to make Your acquaintence. I like Your username. Well thought out. thanks , Wally
