I wear it with one knot today. But I've tried it wrapped around the neck once too. With the knot, it extends to slightly below the waist. iPhone pictures don't show well with too much overhead office lighting.

HHPMom -- Again, WOW! You influenced me to wear my baroque Tahitian rope today. I am glad to report that the "weaving" action while tripling around the neck is very successful in keeping the heaviest strand with the largest pearls from gravitating downward and prevents the "choking" situation. Here is a selfie as I'm lying against a big white pillow happy and tired at day's end. I swear they were winking pinks and blues earlier -- but have silvered up for the night:

I know you are on the fence with the freshdamas, and maybe they are less lustreful than the bracelet, but they still look lovely and the rose overtone is so so pretty.

I have been wearing these almost daily at the moment. The pearls are 13mm south sea's from Pearl Society, and the findings from a local jeweller.
