What does "normal wear and tear" mean to you?

Firstly, I never saw her again - they were not insured and she didn't like what I told her, even though you can see, and I showed her, the dings in the claws.

Secondly, it lost a few points in that and other chips.
Thirdly, there is possibly a 3ct hiding inside

I saw an emerald once with the impression of diamond facets from a serious whack!
that lady had an all round half carat each diamond wedding ring. That rings had done about $2k of damage to various other rings worn on the right hand.

So sad. This is also why I wear emeralds...

Also a reminder that I need to be careful, especially when enthusiastically clapping at a show with lots of rings on!
