Mods, feel free to delete if this doesn't belong. I was wondering what happened to Loupe Troop. It's been down for a couple of days. Does anyone know where else we can go to sell jewelry? I tried signing up for Diamond Bistro a while ago but couldn't because I didn't receive the verification email.

@teddycake Did you ever happen to get the verification email for Diamond Bistro? I am in the same boat - tried to register but never got the verification email (and I checked my junk mail folder). Tried to register again and it says my email is already used. I sent a message to their support team but haven't heard back.

No, not yet. See post #87 of this thread for the latest. Basically I reached out to DB on fb. The person responded and said he’ll fix it. I asked him to update me when it’s done and whether a verification email will automatically be sent out for all the backlog, or we have to create a new account again. He hasn’t responded. They’re called Better than Diamonds on fb.

I was able to access LoupeTroop just a few minutes ago ... the bulk of the recent listings dated from a month ago but there are two new listings placed within the last half hour ... yay, LoupeTroop seems to be back!!!

I believe LT is working again! I was able to post a new listing and it is showing up. Hopefully not just a glitch in the matrix.

LT is working again. For some reason my password is not. When I had an email sent to reset, the link only says “Can’t connect to server” and when I email support directly it says that email is no good. So... how can I reach out to someone who can help?
