I said winter even though we don''t really have seasons here. The colder it is the better for FI who hates being in the heat and my hair is better in cold weather

I''d love to be a Fall bride, but if that means waiting an extra 6 months, I''d prefer not to.
Ideally, I''d love to get married next Fall ''09, but that won''t be feasible to plan since SO is taking his time getting to the proposing part. I''d prefer not to have to wait out an engagement much longer than 12 months, so if he proposes say this March that would mean waiting 17 months engagement to have an October wedding. I''d take a spring wedding then.

I said any and all of the above, who cares, I''m getting married! Mostly because I really don''t care. I just want to marry the love of my life. We said it would be a destination wedding around September...but I would be fine with Vegas in December, a backyard wedding in the Spring...whatever, I just want to marry this man!

Spring -- the weather here in Fl. is more dry in the Spring

I think I would enjoy the challenges of planning a wedding for any season - but I think early fall is my favorite. I just love the angle of the sun that time of year and everything seems so gold and warm (and fleeting)...
July/August would be hard. I don''t mind being hot, but not with makeup and hair and a white dress - I think I might melt into a puddle.

LOL Same here. Summer is not an option for that reason alone...hehe

I love the fall. If I could have it my way, we''d get married around the last week of October/First week in November (Peak season in NYC). However, with prices being so high in Spring and Fall, I wouldn''t be opposed to a winter wedding. It might be really pretty, but I''m not sure how practical.

I would love a September wedding, outside, still warm but not hot. That would be lovely...dream...
