I just ordered chinese food to be delivered and I'm already feeling guilty about the bad nutrition and high calories/fat before its even come LOL. But we have not had it in at least 6 months, its a 2-3 times a year treat so I figure we are due.

I got that dreaded "Whats for dinner" question from my kids and I did not have a chance to go shopping so not a lot of choices at home.

Oh well, I'm gonna make sure I enjoy the food :)

I'm most looking forward to the moo shoo chicken . Love the plum sauce!

What are you having for dinner tonight? And if you already ate, what did you have?

We had chinese!! It was lovely. I was careful though and didn''t eat as much as I would have liked to!

I think we will be heading up our fave Italian restaurant for dinner tonight. With the snow coming tommorrow, this may be our only chance to go out this weekend...Ughhhh!!!!

HI:

Pizza Hut...oh gosh did I say that out loud????

cheers--Sharon

I don''t have a clue! we don''t have much in the house, but since we''re expecting a snow/ice storm tomorrow, I really don''t want to go to the store because EVERYONE else will be there. moo shoo actually sounds really good... see what you''ve done now, asscherisme!

Some sort of stir fry with veggies and tofu - I think both bf and I are too exhausted to do anything elaborate.

My kids love pizza hut, uh, I''ll admit to doing pizza hut once in a blue moon.

Skippy- I love trader joes! I''m heading there tommorrow to do some shopping.

I cooked ''Uncle Ben''s'' Chicken Korma (Curry thingy) for DH and me tonight and I STILL have not put the dishes in the dishwasher!

How is that for double guilt?

Ooh, it''s been forever since we''ve had Chinese takeout! We have a really good one near us too. (I moved around a lot in my 20s, and I used to say that your house isn''t really a home until you''ve found the best Chinese delivery in town. Mmmm... I think I know what we''re having on Monday, lol.)

Tonight, I think we''re heading out for some tapas and tempranillo before heading to friend''s birthday party downtown.

Tonight it''s Mangia''s Tuna steak and grilled veggies in the office... thanks to Harriet, that''s my second helping of tuna today...

I find that eating fish later at night helps that guilty feeling, but honestly, I have been known to hit the Chinese on ocassion.

Sad that I can fill up, then a few minutes later I am hungry again. Nothing better than left over Beef Lo Mein straight from the carton!

I was supposed to go out to the rotating sushi bar with my brother, but my stomach hasn''t been feeling well all day so I only had some plain rice.

I''m confused, you are supposed to only have one slice? I thought it was only 1 pizza.....

HI:

Linda: Thin or stuffed crust? That makes a bit o difference.....LOL

Steel: I love your emoticon.....popcorn and beer??? hheheheheee

cheers--Sharon

Must have been a good night for pizza, that''s what we had, that and salad. We don''t have a Pzza Hut near by, wish we did.

Sharon,

I like thin, hubby likes stuffed, soooooooooooooooooo we get one of each, ha ha ha ha ha.

I freeze the rest of mine and give it to the grandboys when they are over.

I like my pizza crispy. Half of the time when we bring it home, I put it in the oven to make the crust even crispier.

On Topic: Whatever I can find in the fridge, I have leftovers from eating out last night, and I think leftovers from speghetti night, so likely - cesear salad and speghetti... I have a paper due, so it''s one of those "no effort" nights.

Off Topic: Libster - I absolutely LOVE your avatar - what a cutie!!

Egg Foo young...with friends...at our favorite Chinese restaurant.

made a huge kettle of getti
1.5 lbs of noodles, 2 jars sauce 2lbs meat: 2/3 has sauce and meat and other 1/3 don't for cheese topping.
End result 3 of the 10 cup nukerwave containers of getti. 2 froze one for eating this coming week.

btw a large roaster pan is perfect for cooking getti on the stove :}
