MMM, what about this one? Kempton simple shoulder bag Measures: 16" x 16" x 4". I have four of their bags and they are fun and hold up nicely. I have a smaller bag in chalk and love it becuase it seems like I will be able to wear it in the winter as well.

i do like the MJ in the third picture the best still.

holey moley that one in the 4th (?) picture looks like it could fit a small child!
 
MMM I really like the new bag that you posted and it looks more like a traditional MJ bag which I think was what bothered you about the first one.

But it's really not that big LOL Mara...And definitely no kids...LOL.... It's only 13X13...the third MJ is actually much bigger at 17in length. But I likes em big. We shall see. I've planted the seeds.

I bought a great pair of large cz hoops this weekend and planted that seed too...so maybe hubby will come up with something for the anniv. I'm not going to push...

Marc Jacobs in NYC doesn't have the cinched bag. So that one is out. I am off on Friday and am going to go look.

I got mine from Neiman''s and my friend says you can take it back for like $50 to get cleaned and reconditioned. Mine is holding up very well. The suede on the inside needs to be cleaned. But sure is a great bag!!!

Alright ladies. this is it. My new love. It is large and doesn't look as round/pumpkiny as in the pic. The leather is like butter. Oh, the one I like is the same but with one rounded handle that goes over the shouler. I generally don't go crazy for prada and while it's part nylon, all leather designer bags aren't worth the huge mark ups either....We're all getting scammed LOL

Hubby and I were off today and went to the Manhasset, NY store. Well, he was all into getting me a bag before our anniversary yesterday. We went and he just sat there like a lump. He didn't even offer to get it for me. I pouted the whole day. WTF? He's all over me to get me a gift and is like, Well, our anniversary was yesterday...I'm actually very pissed. Whatever. I'm buying it myself. I'm going to sell a prada I have. I already put it up on ebay. Jerk.

And his cute little grandma sent us a hundred bucks and his parents gave us a hundred bucks for our anniversary....so I signed one check over to him and said, well, here, now i''ve paid for my own dinner last night. LOL. I''m SUCH a rotten bratt. I got a dozen long stems sent to work but that''s ain''t gonna cut it.

I love coach bags, but I''d go with the 1st. I do like the 3rd, but if you want to thow it over your shoulder that prob wont work : )

Oh I like that one too MMM and Prada no less! Men are clueless and completely impossible to understand so just go get yourself that bag and enjoy!!!
 
Oh I like the shape of the Prada bag; it''s so cute. But I still don''t like the Nylon.
 
I should have known that you gals wouldn't say don't get a bag LOL....
And I SO hear ya regarding the nylon. But there is just something about the stunning leather and nyln combo...and it's almost a silkier nylon than my other. I think I want her!

I also saw the LV Petit Noe Multi...SO pretty. But SO small for me. Loved it!!! The gucci scarf tie totes were adorable too!
 
Now I have to say that I have never cared for the LV multi-color bags. I do know there is a larger Noe in the monogram canvas, but I''m not sure about the multi-color. If it were me I would go with the Prada or one of the MJ purses. I know the Prada has nylon, but it is still well made and good looking.
 
Prada stands up very well, I have a nylon one that I abused for years and it still looks fab and is easy to clean which is a huge plus. Can''t wait to see pictures!

I went to saks and they didn''t have it. i''ll have to go to Prada next weekend. oh, i''m only buying it if my other one sells....I never wear it and so i''ll feel less guilty. I''ll take the 500 from that sale so it won''t hurt as much! Wish me luck! I really don''t need it...but whatever!

Hi MMM!

I have been out of town or I would have replied sooner...my MJ bag is the Multi Pocket Hobo in Black. I noticed on ebay that there is a couple of them listed on there but in an interesting green leather. It is a great bag but not for me, I am afraid...
