We're staying in tonight because I'm afraid of drunk drivers and don't like to go out on New Year's for that reason. Yesterday I bought some beer and ended up drinking too many (!) because the kids are w/grandma and I thought I would cut loose a bit and live on the wild side and today I feel terrible

, so I doubt I'll have more than one.

I am afraid of drunk drivers too! Plus it takes at least an hour to get a cab in my town on on New Years

And it is below zero (freezing!) so we are definitely staying home.......
We will try to have fun

It is only a little after 10PM in my neck of the woods so the night is still young!

only sparkling cider and hot choclate for me and mine...had a great time tonight!....dinner out with friends and then game and movie night with tons of junk food and suger at a friends home(and a little showing off of new Christmas jewelry and watches by a few people) ...and home by midnight...
