Not me...I have to get up at 5:00 tomorrow morning. Thankfully I am only working a 4 hour shift and will be home by noon. DH and I are planning a nice quiet evening at home with our little kiddies (who are not even close to drinking age). Happy New Year everyone...be safe!

We''re doing what most are doing and that''s staying home and being safe. If we do go out, it''s usually to one couple''s house for a fun family and friends open house, but this year with all the snow and ice....... nah, it''s safer at home. My husband also calls New Year''s eve amateur night.

I remember asking my grandma what it was like to be 89 [or so] and she said that she felt the same as she did when she was 18 but that when she looked in the mirror she saw an old woman!

I look in the mirror and I do look tired. Gotta do something about that [long vacation maybe? . . .]

We went a friend''s home tonight and came back home around 11:00 to avoid the drunk drivers. Unfortunately I know our 23 year old is out with friends and I have to worry a little until she makes it back to her house. She is very responsible and wouldn''t drink and drive, but I worry about all the others who will tonight.
