Hey everyone-- I went to a store today to try on a specific Maggie that Robbie had suggested...and found another one I liked too.

I''d like your opinion on these dresses-- I''m REALLY undecided!!

This is #1-- a Maggie Sottero Limited I posted in a past thread. The store said they could dip the neck or make it a sweetheart, no problem, so that would be the plan. In ivory.

Here''s a closeup of the detail:

Here''s dress #2- another Maggie Sottero, similar with a sweetheart neckline

Here''s detail to #2. Both #1 and #2 have pretty plain corset backs.

Here''s dress #3. The shop didn''t tell me what designer it was and I couldn''t find a tag on it. Does anyone know? Either way, it''s twice as expensive as the Maggie''s, so I''d have to try RK bridal or Pearl''s Place if I wanted this one... So pretty!

Here''s it''s detail.

You look fabulous in all of the dresses, but I really love #3 on you. You seemed the most relaxed in it too.

You couldn''t go wrong with any of these, but I really love 1 & 2 on you,
maybe because the ruching (sp?) seems to go further down than on # 3 and is so flattering

Between 1 & 2 I say #1 with a sweetheart neckline would be my first choice-
I definitely think the sweetheart neckline is better on you, softens it up a bit.

The reason I chose #1 is the color, it seems warmer, but that could be just the lighting. I also love the subtle sparkle throughout the dress.

I can see why you are having a tough time making a decision!

The third one is a Watters (I have a life, I swear!), and it's definitely my favorite on you, with #2 a close second. That sash at the hip really elongates you. It looks a little big, but fitted, it'll be gorgeous!

#2!!! Hands down- looks absolutely gorgeous on you! #1 is very pretty and would be more flattering with a sweetheart neck, but #2 fits you perfectly. Makes your waist tiny and makes you look really tall. Don''t like #3 at all.. that waist line breaks you up too much.

I like 1 and 2, and I prefer #2 if you want a sweetheart neckline. I like the crossover of the sweetheart which I don''t think they would be able to do on #1, they would probably just cut into the top to make the sweetheart and I think the crossover and ruching is nicer. If you prefer a scoop neckline, that would look really nice on #1. I haven''t seen a scoop neck on you but I really like the sweetheart.

I think that the drop waist on #3 cuts you off.

My vote is #2!!!

#2!! It''s just perfect on you!!

#1, #1, #1 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I LOOOOOVE #1 on you, it''s my favourite by far, but I agree that with a sweetheart neckline it would be that much better!

I also like #2, but i''m not a fan of #3. It has such a defined bodice-to-skirt "line". Uhhh, i''m not explaining myself very well. Hopefully someone understands me!

#1 with a sweetheart neckline, or #2!

#2!!! It looks fantastic!

I''ll have a go at these from the bust :-).

#1 gives you a flat looking chest, almost boxy. Other than that I like it.

#2 looks great in the bust department, and makes your waist look tiny also.

#3 the top looks too big, like it was designed for someone with huge assests up top, and you look lost in it.

So my vote is #2!

#2 all the way!

I think #2 fits and flatters you best, however, how comfortable was it? It looks restrictive to me, but I am not an expert.

I like 1 and 3. # 1 reminds me of an Indian Sari, and I''d have to say that although I like it a lot and I think it looks like it fits your body well, it also looks the least like a traditional bridal dress. Was the #3 sample the size you''d be getting, or several sizes too large? If it was close to your size, I''d have to agree witn MG: that bodice was not designed with your body type in mind. If not, you might want to try on a sample closer to your real size before ordering to be sure that everything is 8ahem8 scaled appropriately. I''m not crazy about the bell-shaped skirt on no. 2, but that''s just me.

If this helps, these were all sample sizes that were way too big- they were all clipped to fit my waist. For dress #3, I''m not sure she clipped the uppermost part of the bodice, so in the photo it''s flaring out when it shouldn''t be.

I love number 2. I think it makes your waist look tiny and you look absolutely gorgeous! It''s a stunning dress. Number 1 would be my second choice and number 3 my third.

#2!!! #2!!!! Blows the others out of the water!! And not just a "2 is better than the rest" but a "2 is perfect for your wedding!"

So wonderful. Highlites all of your best features and looks like it was made for you!

#3 is nice, but I feel like it is made for someone taller or something? Just seems a bit long...but it is still very nice.

Sweetheart is definitely very flattering on you!

This is a perfect summary of what I thought, too.

#1 was ok, but didn't give you enough shape - looked boxy.
#2 was STUNNING. DROP DEAD STUNNING and does look like it was made specifically for you. That's the sign of an ideal dress.
#3 - looked like the dress was wearing you instead of you wearing the dress.

I vote #2.

Ditto times 3~

#2!!!! Is that the one I suggested? I honestly don't remember suggesting anything, but my memory is pretty horrible.

Robbie- Yes! That''s the one YOU suggested! Great work! You like your choice in the game of "dress up misysu2?"

2!! Whenever Robbie first brought that one up, I agreed and from trying it on myself knew it was really nice. It looks great on you!!

I like #2 best also.

I think #2 looks the best on you for sure! I love the shape!

Another vote for #2. It''s very pretty! The others didn''t do YOU justice.
