I have worn the ring for a couple of days now and I have decided to keep it. I think it is very sparkly and the difference between this and my other ring is actually very minute. And I know for a fact that my other stone performs very very well in comparison with most other I see here.

Call me crazy, but I actually now also checked every report on all the other certed stones that this (very reputable shop) has in its inventory of second hand jewelry and it would seem that I picked the stone with the best specs. Really well cut stones are hard to find since practically all jewellers will settle for GIA triple Ex or very good cut and not get into this detailed PS-way of comparing angles etc. My conclusion is now that I in fact cannot count on finding anything better than this and that this is a lucky find in every aspect. I have seen very few rings at all in my size. I will get this ring polished and rhodinated. Will post pics in SMTB when it is done!
