Our anniversary is also in Sept! (except I can't recall the day...LOL)
 
Hoping by next week to have this set, polished, and on my finger. (It’s not set but resting in the setting I purchased with the stone.)

I’ve decided to use most of the funds I earmarked for bling on furniture and decor for our new house :) we are using a local woodworker to make a custom dining room set and I’m very excited! I’m going to check off a different bucket list item that’s less expensive, a nice pair of Akoya stud earrings.

That’ll be super pretty. Was Boadicea 5 carats, too? Way way down on my list is a low-color emerald in a bezel setting. I’m thinking maybe 8-9 mm long.

I want these to be really good quality, so I ordered Mikimoto AAA! I wish I was close enough to a store to inspect several pairs in person. Fingers crossed they will be well matched! I am going with smaller ones as I have small lobes. I have some 10mm and 8mn round earrings (gold, platinum) and they are large to my eye.

And walked out realizing that an emerald in my future

I'm so looking forward to your aqua and morganite ring and so glad the stones finally arrived safely! I love the color combo. We just rarely see anyone add color for the side stones and I'm living for it!

No - she was 4.07ct with 30 points of tapered baguettes. But, being bezel set, it added a lot of oomph!

My earrings arrived today! First impression is that they are gorgeous! The luster is amazing and they reflect like mirrors. Mikimoto was top notch with the packaging and sent them via fedex overnight with signature for no extra cost.A276829B-63EA-4B71-99E9-E47E57B84F7C.jpeg
