Sabine - the balls are just exercise balls, and you can get one anywhere that sells exercise supplies - Target, etc. They run about $20-30. And they're also good for sitting on and bouncing around a fussy baby.

CDT - sorry you're feeling so bad.

Mela - Luna Petunia!!!

Ok, for serious - Luna Violet is my fav of the new ones you've posted. I feel like Luna Azalea doesn't flow really well because of the repeating As. I'm not wild about Floralie, but love the name Flora - but the repeating ending A sound in Luna Flora bothers me. This is a big problem that we were running into with girl middle names, since Virginia ends in an A sound, but I might be a teensy bit crazy about that and I'm not sure if it would bother anyone else. (ETA - I love Ebree's suggestion of Luna Fleur.) Dahlia's my favorite flower name (reminds me of Bertram Wooster's Aunt Dahlia) but again with the rhyminess... Luna Lavendar's grown on me - did you rule it out because of the Harry Potterness of it, or was there another reason as well? Fleur's another HP name, btw - just something to be aware of, if that bothers you. But I still think you're having a Romeo.

And LOL about your arms.

If it will give you hope, I was 1 cm and long when I had my first internal at 39w2d.
I thought I would go over my EDD, but 3 days later, my LO decided to come out at 39w5d.
Lots of contraction and labor dust to you.

Continuing with lili''s encouragement, I was not dilated at my 39w appointment. My ob/gyn was talking about inducing if I go 2 days over due. And then I lost my MP and started having contraction 3 days before EDD.
Can''t wait to see your daughter.

Thanks so much, Lili and qtie! I really needed to hear that. I really want her to come on her own over being induced of course. I did a little walking after the appointment, ate some pineapple, and rolled around on my ball.

It''s almost 4am and I can''t sleep. Woke up about 2 hours ago and been having contractions that were pretty consistent, but haven''t stayed that way. They''re not painful and just feel like the Braxton''s, but more intense. I was timing them at about 4 minutes apart, but they slowed down after I laid back down on my side.

It's 8:00 a.m. and all I can think about is a juicy, fresh-off-the-grill hamburger with bacon, pickles, and french fries. The evil husband says I have to wait until lunch time, since a regular fast-food burger won't do.

People eat lunch at 10:00 a.m., right? Because I cannot wait until noon. Foolishness.

My heartburn is really bad and I think it may be my PNV which doesn''t make sense since I''ve been taken them for a while. I have an appt on Monday and am going to bring it up. I could barely sleep last night because I felt like I was on fire.

Last night FI had two of his friends over. They didn''t leave until about 5 in the morning. At one point I woke up to grab the tums and they were talking about girls. I got a little offended until I realized they were talking about girl names for the baby haha. I think we may just end up going with Sophia. I''ve always loved the name, I just didn''t realize how popular it is amongst my friends and family (I don''t particularly care if a name is popular in general).

Plus, my mom is known for her nicknames that she gives people (I''m Maleficent

) and she is already calling the baby Fia.

LOL- Sorry about that! I'm just counting down the minutes until I can get DH in the car. As for your heartburn, it's very common in pregnancy due to progesterone slowing digestion and relaxing the valve separating the esophagus from the stomach. Have you tried Zantac? It's pregnancy safe (though check with your doctor) and may help a lot.

I think Sophia's a beautiful name and a great choice!

The weather is absolutely GORGEOUS here today...and i''m stuck in bed

We managed to go out to breakfast but the pain was just too much and I had to go home right after....

I''m pretty much going to beg to have the stent removed when I go to the urologist monday. The pain is just getting worse, something cannot be right.

Hope everyone has a better weekend then me!!!

Mine was from Whataburger, which was all I wanted last night. I am starving right now, about to head out and get my favorite chicken salad sandwich. I get it every Saturday.

My BFF is having her baby Tuesday, one of my other best friends had her daughter a year ago on the same day. Sounds like April 28 is a lucky birth day!

CDT- That sounds miserable. I am so sorry you are going through the pain. It''s enough to deal with all the normal pregnancy aches and pains, it sucks that you are dealing with this. I would probably beg to have the stent removed as well- seems weird to have it hurt that much, it''s supposed to be helping, right?

I am doing fine. Sorry I always miss BPF, I have figured out it''s cause Friday mornings are always so hectic for me. I need to plan ahead and take my pics on Thursday! I will try to take one today. Had doctor''s appointment this week, all looks good. Only thing is my doc thinks I might have a UTI. I have zero symptoms, which I guess is normal. They are testing my sample further, so should know something soon. Not really worried, except that earlier this morning I had pain in my lower back, which can be a sign of a kidney infection, which can be a result of not treating the UTI. Grrr. Always something to worry about, right?
