Wacky, I don't remember you from DT, but I'm really hoping that this first exposure to you doesn't set the tenor for future interactions. I don't think it was "over the edge" to question the user verification nor was attacking Gilbert. The user verification is a joke and Gilbert doesn't know how to moderate a forum without fighting below the belt. How difficult would it be for Gilbert to warn someone about their behavior? I mean really it's ridiculous to merely keep banning people like he does. How much longer are people going to hang around discussing such pithy topics as "If you blow on an Asha will it fog up?"

The "safe sex" avatar r-man had up showed two safes (the kind in which one keeps valuables) apparently copulating.

The current avatar r-man has up is the one that looks like a "man" on a game board. In bleak grey. It is depressing. In the extreme.

My preference would be to have r-man pick his own avatar as he always has, something personal to him. My hope would be that it is tame enough that its sexual content is acceptable to Leonid (in short, it must be asexual) and personal enough that it doesn't make prison seem like Club Med in comparison.

Great suggestion, Leonid. Only two problems with it:

1. One has to actually leave first (as opposed to repeatedly threatening same).

2. If the departing individual hasn't managed to speaking kindly to others or not at all while present, s/he shouldn't expect any less from others.

Treat others as you wish to be treated, n'cest pas? I offer this as an alternative suggestion.
