I am in HEAVEN with all of these dog pics!!! I am a total dog NUTJOB, today I gave a poor man a 10 minute dissertation on the history of the Bouvier des Flandres and the development of the standard Schnauzer. Then I cooed and petted his dog for about 20 minutes.

The Velter and Countess Sophie are darling. I love Papillons. We have a 12 lb. Chihuahua/Pug mix, and she is the apple of my 6 foot tall, 250 lb. husband's eye. So cute.

Roxy and Kaili are darling. Kaili does have a glint of madness in her eyes...I like that a lot!

Those Dobies are way too adorable. Every Dobie I have ever met has been a big, glossy ball of love, who wanted to sit on my lap.

Cairo is so dang cute! The Goldens at my local dog park desperately try to insert themselves into the 10 gallon paint buckets that are filled with water for the dogs to drink. It's hilarious.

My dog does have sweaters and hats, and we live in California! But a girl needs a wardrobe.

LMAO! Cai would be one of those dogs in the water bucket--it's usually his first stop! First he sticks his front legs in and dunks his whole head, then he splashes out as much water as he can with his paws and lays in the resulting mud puddle. Observe:

thanks to seven's one:
here's instuctions for anyone else who's interested..

1. find the picture you want and right click

2. then click on "properties"
3. find the URL address, highlight and copy it
4. Now open your post
5. click on the mountain image, it will open the insert image box
6. On the lower right where it says insert image, past your URL
address in the URL space
7. Then click insert.

if you have a Mac
1. hold ctrl and click on image - it will save it to your clipboard
2. follow steps 4-7 above

OMG, first of all im glad it is NOT just me. and second, sorry for being a total A$$ and posting that without writing how i did it and then heading off to bloomingdale's for 3 hours. BAD reena.

all i did was to start a post, get into rich text mode, open a new internet window, find a picture, right click on it and hit copy, then back to this window, click in the typing box and hit paste (control + V for me). or, click in the box and click on the little W icon above it. that should work.

did I do it?? testing...

ETA: ARGHH!! Well I managed to add a link (which is new for me...I just erased it) but to a whole page instead of just the picture I wanted....

It's lonely out here in Idiot Land....

Instead of pasting the URL directly into your post, hit the mountain icon in the menu tray and then past the url into the blank spot where it says "URL" and then click insert. You''ll see the picture in your post immediately, before you even submit it.

I''m still guessing it can only be done with web pictures though...

sorry it took me awhile to respond... i hadn''t subscribed to the thread...

i did it with pics from other websites. first was a perfume site then various film/fan sites for Vincent Cassel (my crush..dh humours me about this..maybe cause Vincent is French,hee).

if i understand it it only works for our personal pics if they''re hosted/stored online (like Sony Imagestation, Yahoo photos etc.)

I have a Mac so:

I hold the control-key click then

select ''copy image''

then click the little mountain range w/ sun icon (next to last one on the PS form tabs just above the window)

a box will popup

then I paste the url photo into the little pop-up box and click ok.

hope this makes some sense.
