I took some pics outside. It’s still overcast and a tad drizzly but good enough for me to get these pics (which are ten times better than my bathroom pics and show off the garnet much better).
ETA: don’t mind the hair / fuz across the gem. That was totally invisible until I loaded these pics up. Maybe I should get my eyes checked.
Thank you! The color definitely varies in different lighting (going from a dark purple to a fantastic magenta). It’s perfect ! Congratulations Elle! Such an intense gem in a perfect home
Thank you!That Color!!! Yum!!!
I'm loving your weirdness! A bond forged from the intensely glowy paraiba shall never be broken!Stunning elle! Hi by the way, I always think of you as my pariaba buddy
The pariaba has given us a bond no one can break...
Ok I'll stop now, I'm being weird.
Thank you! That's something coming from someone with a collection like yours.I love that pop of juicy, rich purple! Another winner in your collection!
Thank you! I'm loving wearing it already. What a gorgeous pop of colour! You have made great choices for the stone and setting.
A while back, @Acinom asked for some family shots of my rings. I gave that a shot today and let me tell you, it’s a lot more difficult than I had expected. Actually, it was a real b*tch. Anyway, out of the million pics I took, here are some not crazy blurry ones (which accounts for most of them).
This one came out pretty darn good, if I do say so myself. Well, right up until I dismantled the set up and realized I had forgotten my orange spess ring. It’s not the right size (or setting) so I keep it in a different spot from my other rings. Such is life. Still a great pic.
Here’s some more pics with the spess ring included.
And the obligatory hand shots.
So, what do you think? Too many rings?

Apacherose, Yvonne has several three stone rings: 1. 5mm center and 3mm side stones, 2. 4mm center and 4x3mm side stones 3. 7mm center and 4x3mm sides and 4. 7x5 center and 3mm sides. All are part of her hexagon collection. These are amaze-balls!
Thanks for doing a family shot! Your eye is so good- all your gems are so glowy and delicious!
Does the Yvonne three stone have a thread? I must go looking through your threads. I love that ring and want one similar- wondering if it is her standard sizes or if she made you pay the cad fee.
And what is on your thumb- an indicolite? Must read the thread, lol, but couldn’t wait to comment on these amazing photos
