My randomness: It's hot, I'm tired, and sitting around waiting for more blood test results. I have so much I want to get done in the house while my kids are gone for a couple of hours but I have no energy. Looking at all the sparkly things here makes me feel better.

This whole switching my hours from nights to days is not fun...I can't wait til I get acclimated to the new work schedule!

The stupid computers were down ALL day today at work. That's the 3rd time since we switched over to this stupid new EHR system. However, I finished a book and started a new one and got paid for it today, so haha.

I accidentally hit a snake w/the mower a few days ago but it didn't die. It's out in the yard now, dead. Not sure if it was from the mower or Chicken finished him. Most don't like snakes, but *I* do and I cried after I hit him.

I was poking around on Facebook, and I came across a girls page I recognized from high school. She has a photo album dedicated to her tattoos, and there's a picture of a huge one on her thigh that reads like this:

"God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things & wisdom to know the difference"

.... Uh, you're missing a couple of words there, aren't ya?! It's supposed to be "courage to change the things I can".

lol lilyfoot. I think it's hilarious when tattoos are screwed up. I mean, come on! I have tattoos, DH has tattoos, we're smart enough to make sure they're right BEFORE they're permanent. My ex-BIL had a tattoo on his arm that said very clearly "BARK." It was done very badly but that's definitely what it said. The first time I met him he shook my hand and I asked why he had "bark" on his arm. He replied, "that's my name." "Um, your name is Bark??" "NO, my name is Hank." (um, okay, but your tattoo says bark...)

lol! On one hand, messed up tattoos are funny, but they're mainly just sad because they're permanent! Eek!

ETA: Hank really just needs to learn to accept his "bark" tattoo! Make up a cool story, and go with it, lol!

So here's the deal. I love that we can stream video over the internet and watch it to our hearts content when we are stuck in airports. But if you are not at home, I need you to put in headphones, because quite frankly, I don't want to hear what you're watching. I'm sorry if the person you're sitting next to wants to see/hear it too, but your just going to have to share some ear buds. Listening to a video set SUPER LOUD is NOT okay in public place. It's rude.

I am so excited at the moment because I just found out that the new management at our apartment complex has installed a dog park on the property! Now I can take my dogs to the mini dog park without leaving the apartment complex and still take them to the bigger dog parks during the weekend!
