I just talked to Nan and so far so good with Angello''s tummy. His feeds are back on and they changed his chest bandage. They hope to keep him in the step down unit for a good while. The nurses want him there until he goes home, we''ll see. So it''a a good day for our little guy!!!

I just wanted to share a really sweet story that Nan just told me as she was headed back to the hospital tonight. She was telling me that the Priest that blessed Angello before his first surgery when Angello was only a week old kept walking by Angello''s room today. He walks in and says the Angels have pulled me in here. Nan said you were the one that blessed Angello 2 years ago. A look of recognition came over his face. He then said a very sweet prayer for Angello and his heart. Asking the lord to help it beat stronger and said a very nice prayer for Nan. I was touched by this, and so was she.

I talked to Nan just a while ago and Angello is still throwing up. They are going to do an echo-cardiagram (SP) to see what his heart function is. That''s all I know for now.
Just checking in. This made me cry, it''s so sweet.Date: 9/18/2005 9:50:24 PM

Poor Angello. He deserves a break! (And so does Nan.)
