I apologize that I haven't read through all the posts but thought I would quickly give my 2 cents. BlueNile Signature Ideal diamonds are beautiful. I have a 1.4 G VS2 and couldn't be happier. I have seen some recent posts where buyers have requested images from BlueNile and have received them. Maybe ask them to supply images. They also have a great return policy although I understand wanting to avoid the hassle of returns. Good luck with your decision.

Man oh man, you guys are killing me The reason I haven't pulled the trigger and am being so nitpicky and taking my time and holding back is because I do not plan on upgrading in the future so I want to be 110% sure that the diamond I buy is the best one I can get for the money...

Can someone recommend a credible UNBIASED source where I can read up on AGS certifications vs. GIA. Everything that I have read so far indicates that even though AGS is more strict when it comes to grading cut quality that they are more lax on color and clarity than GIA.

Also, I do not know if it is worth paying a premium for a like diamond just because it has a ACA, Hearts & Arrows, or other sort of branding designation. It seems like an H VS2 from White Flash is about $3,000-$4,000 more expensive than a generic GIA H VS2 from other online vendors. Is the premium really worth it? With that price, I could get closer to an H VS1 with GIA...

If you definitely don't plan on upgrading or exchanging after the return period then get the blue Nile one. It will probably look exactly the same, is slightly bigger, and gives you basically a free vacation.
