OK, just a couple pictures... I love when my Rockie just sits like a little lady with her front legs crossed. It always makes me smile. I've been trying to catch her on camera doing it for years, but as soon as my cats see me with a camera, they usually come toward me so it can be hard...

And my baby has now discovered how warm the dryer is and just loves it. He sits on top of it whenever it is running and then if we're not careful, he climbs in and makes himself all comfortable in the clothes. One time I was trying to take my clothes out and he started hissing and swatting at my hands because he didn't want me to mess up his bed. I have cuter pictures on my phone but I can't figure out how to get them on my computer.

Catmom, your fluffy black furbaby sooo reminds me of a cat we had when I was a kid...his name was BatCat, and he was the sweeeeeetest thing ever. I used to dress him up in doll clothes and swaddle him up in blankets, and he'd just purr away...he loved it!!

Blue824, out of my six cats, only Diver and one other crosses their legs. My other cat for sure is "right pawed". I''ll have to watch Diver to see about him.

Funny you should say that as he really is not black anymore. That picture was taken when he was about 8 months old and he was all black. He''s now almost 2 and as he grew he grew more hair which came in a much lighter color, almost a light grey. When he is in sunshine he is a dark brown and light grey and when in the dark looks black and charcoal. He is the sweetest, largest lump of cat i"ve ever had. I just love him to death.

Oooh however today I was NOT happy with Miss Rockie...she is usually really good about not clawing furniture (woodwork is another story...) but I was across a few rooms down wrapping presents and she was sitting with me but must've walked off when I wasn't paying attn and then I heard the unmistakable noise of the furniture being scratched! Living room couch

ugh...damage isn't too bad though, but I was mad!

Double stick tape, water spritzes, and a carpet scratching post in front of the couch really worked for me! I have one in every room in the house...My guys like them in prominent places...and they always ignore it for a few days before using it....Well, gracie also LOVES a rug that I also LOVE.

This office ailurophile often feels that the office caninephiles (LOL) do not understand the bond that one can have with cats or that cats have incredible personalities! I am frequently speaking of my children! LOL I think I am all the wiser for understanding these amazing creatures and that only other ailurophiles such as the ailurophiles on this thread understand!

Eh, kind of a sad weekend. One of our ferrets passed away this week, we live in an apartment and don''t want to bury him where we know we will not be for a long time, and so we are driving to my friends house to bury him on Saturday : ( It''s about a three hour round trip.

On Sunday, I have to start preparing the apartment for Mxas next Sunday, shampooing the carpet, stuff like that.

I thought you already got hoops?? I could swear I read a thread where you found a guy who was going to gvie a good deal on them, and you had bought stuff from him before so you were confident that they would be good quality. Got any new handbags recently?? : )

No handbags. I'm all tapped out. Had to beg beg beg for a new pendant from hubby. I have to use my Xmas bonus for half...So I'm PO...especially after vegas. I should have just flushed my money down the toilet and stayed in the room and watched Oprah. I got my hoops and existing pendant from my flea market guy..although I'm sorry about buying my pendant from him...great price, pretty stone, but every time I go to upgrade from him he conveniently has crap...so whatever. I'll try to sell it or something. Maybe a second for an earring? I wish.

I do want to convert my four prongs into shared...I emailed mark about it but he's going on vacation...which is good...the being poor thing again LOL...I have a odd pendant that I never wear...I'm wondering if I can take the stones out of that to add...but they look smaller and a little yeller...

I want thin flashy ones now...Thin and big for new year's eve...they will have to be really cheap or cz probably b/c I won't wear them much...
