Haha, I just adore Julia, even after I settled on a design and told her I had made a decision, she still sent me another design anyways. I love that she takes that pride in her work and customer satisfaction!

Here''s the new sketch, she tried to combo 2 and 3 which were the 2 I told her I liked best. Thoughts?
ooohh.. I like this last one the best now!,,, kinda like my terrible sketch for you but upside down and more flowy by her... love it!

Hm..I like the new one a lot too..can you post them side by side? I''m too lazy to scroll up and down!

Haha, I''m lazy too, so I''ll just pull these two:

Argh..mmmm..I''m still going to go w/#2 from your original batch. I like the new design a lot, but #2 is more simple and I like that. I like how it curves thru the bail, out around the top stone, down to the bottom stone and back up again. More symmetrical and graceful.

Yeah, my concern with this one is durability, think the jump ring would be too easy to accidentally break off from the rest of the pendant?

MTG- I really like the combination of the two. It''s still sleek and simple, but with a little something extra. I would ask her about the durability issue; definitely a valid thought!

Regarding the durability issue, she said Argentium silver alloy isn''t as brittle as standard sterling silver alloy, and is more ductile so it would be unlikely to break. It would bend before it would break, but she seems confident I won''t have much problem with bending either unless I really abuse the thing, lol.

I still like no 2 more, but I''m not sure if the bottom oval part can be tweaked to make it flow even better.

Thanks for the inputs!

I slept on it, and I think I like the new #2 better :) So I''m going with that one! (haha, assuming Julia doesn''t keep sending me more design sketches!).

Glad you made your final decision! Can''t wait to see the finished product!

After looking at all the designs, I still like the original #2 the best. There is something about it that just looks classy and simple. I think you will get more use out of it, especially if you don''t like big and busy pieces.

So I''m sending my spinels out in the mail tomorrow, thought I''d take a pic of the pink spinel ring before it gets dismantled. so here it is with my other pink rings :)

Oh, and my WF pendant came. I know it doesn''t belong in the CS forum, but I just thought this pic was cute :)
