Don''t feel bad about getting lots of pink and purples; for a year or two, I purchased nothing but red spinels.

You really lucked out on the red spinels, good ones are so hard to find anymore.

Oh simplysplendid, how I wish I can have good, fresh mochi!! Hope you ate enough for both of us. I love the green ones with small amount of red beans in it, but my favorite is this one...dango mochi (YUMMY)!!

I have a few things that I''m thinking about. Like the spess cushion from Gene, I''m thinking about using my princess cut earrings and putting on the sides of it and setting it in the trellis setting. But I''m not sure yet.

Mochi is ground rice flour made into a dough. Some are plain and others have various fillings ranging from red bean paste to fruit paste.

Chrono, I would love to try and make it out of scratch. I have never tried it but it''s probably pretty simple and tastes better when fresh.

Love, love, love mochi ice cream also. I found a site that shows step-by-step on how to make it. Maybe I''ll try that one also! YUMMY!!!
