OMG Mrs. Salvo, ha ha ha, if Jake isn''t the cutest little giraffe I have ever seen. He is just too adorable for words. What a little cutie pie. I want to pick him up and give him a hug and a kiss. What a little doll.

I lOVE all the pics of the babies dressed up!! My aunt gave me her son''s old costume so I used that for Jake. nothing very creative but I thought he makes one cute little Giraffe:

Jake is sooooo CUTE!! Look at that smile, what a sweetie pie he is in his giraffe costume. He remiinds me so much of Rob as a baby!!!

my MIL is about an hour and a half now that we moved which is nice. I used to live in the same city as my mom until about 3 months ago and now she''s 7 hours away

she and I are very close. I talk to her several times a day and I miss her horribly. She misses my kids more than anything. I hope that in a year or two we can move back.

Okay, this is a bad picture. It is from my mom''s camera. I haven''t uploaded mine yet and probably won''t until tomorrow. She was SUPPOSE to be a strawberry (which I was going to make) but I saw this costume yesterday at PBK and it was cheap so I caved. I will post better pictures (if I have any tomorrow). Hard to take photos with a constantly moving subject. Haha.

Oh Be still my heart!!! Look at Tessa the Bee!! OMG, she is the cutest little thing. Tacori she is adorable. Your mother must have flipped for her. How beautiful is that little girl??????? She is so darn cute. She just melts my heart Tacori.

Linda thanks! It is not a great picture. Hopefully I have better ones. There was an incident. Tessa decided to CLIMB out of her little push car (DH wasn''t paying attention) and landed face first on the pavement. Her poor little nose is all scraped and she was so upset. But besides *that* she had fun. She did walk into a neighbor''s house (it was funny). Everyone loved her. Plus when DH was holding her (half of the time) her costume rode up and her belly was showing. THAT was a crowd pleaser.

TGal, the latest study says BPA leaches in plastic even w/o WITHOUT heat...scary.

We always used tap unless we are on the go where bottled is just easier (to keep in the diaper bag). I heard the nursery water is just a marketing.

Oh No, poor little Tessa. I am glad she didn''t hurt her nose too bad. That is funny her little belly was showing HA!! and walking into the neighbors house. Geez, I love that age. They are so innocent and so adorable.

I hope you post more pictures of your little cutie pie tomorrow.

Squee squee! Look at all these darlings in their costumes!!!! I am not a halloween person, but I gotta admit, all the babies look adorable.

B''s a honey, M''s just ducky, Jake''s giraffalicious, and Tessa is BEE-utiful!!

OK, I did put Amelia in a costume. It was the cheapest costume at babystyle when I went (9.99) so I caved and bought it so she''d have something to wear. Personally, I think this panda is a bit scary, but it was fine for what we needed.

Amelia is a cute panda. I saw the costume at babystyle, but it wasn''t on sale at that time. $9.99 is a great deal.

I couldn''t get one of M smiling. Every time I try to take a pic of her smiling, she stops smiling when she sees the camera. She just stares at the camera like "what are you doing, mommy" and she ends up looking like she is sad. Oh well.

Yeah I was going to freeze a lot until I read the article, and then I decided to just freeze a little bit and see how it goes. I only started the freezer stash middle of October, and I hope that I won''t need it. I pump for 15 minutes because I read that the optimal time length is 15 - 20 min. I usually slow down around 6 min, and then I usually get another let down at around 10 min. In the morning when I am really full, I get a third let down (that''s when I get 8oz). So maybe you can get another let down if you go pass 10 min.

Now I am storing and freezing breastmilk by 5 ounces. M doesn''t take that much from the bottles, but it''s just easier for me to store/freeze them by 5 ounces. Most of the time she takes 2.5 ounces, but there were a few times when she took 4. She prefers boobs, so I think she will probably go in reverse cycle when I go back to work. Most site recommend freezing by 2 ounces because you will end up wasting less, but that''s a lot of bags to freeze. I just did it for my convenience; I don''t want to have to defrost multiple bags to feed DD. I think D will probably drink more than 2 ounces when you go back to work in a few months. But like I said, it depends on whether you want to waste the extra breastmilk. Like if he is drinking 4 ounces and you stored them by 3 ounces, then you will need to defrost two bags with 2 ounces leftover. I mean you can still use the leftover, but they are not frozen anymore like it would be if you stored by 2 ounces.

M had her diaper rash for 2 months before it finally cleared up. I used OTC stuffs, and the dr prescribed two different ointments. Everything seems like they were working in the beginning (the rash gets better, but then it''ll flare up again). Then finally I used this Japanese ointment that my mom used with us when we were babies, and it cleared up.

tgal-i'm glad you caved and got Amelia a costume. I'm not big into Halloween either but it is fun to look back on pictures of their "first" halloween. She looks precious and still has an uncanny resemblance to my niece

Tgal: I thought Halloween was a useless dumb holiday until I had kids. Now I think it''s a lot of fun. DH comes home early and we trick or treat and go to dinner. Nice family day. I like it better than Christmas and Thanksgiving which I find pretty stressful.

Halloween has always been my favorite holiday, so I was sooooo excited to dress J up in her costume. I couldn't find one I was in love with, so I decided to make it. Let's just say that procrastination is baaaaaad. So is starting it the night before Halloween....but it was totally worth it.
