Have to say again what a cutie pie Tyler is!
And I love how dark and sleek his hair is.
Do you do anything with it? I remember J''s hair would be sticking up by this time.

Tacori
LOL....too funny about T getting flirty w/ the eyelashes batting with young guys!
She''s going to go through your make-up and wardrobe soon!

puffy
hehe, little B sounds like my nephew. He''s such a flirt with girls (especially pretty ones) too.
He wouldn''t give guys the time of day, but he''ll chat up a storm when there''s a pretty girl!

Burk
What a beauty T is! You have got to post a bigger version of that. I can hardly see her pretty face!
Love her dress too.
Yay for a good checkup and for another long weekend!

mrss~End of May isn't that far away. I'm sure she'll do great no matter what ends up happening. She'll find new friends and adjust to school whether you move now or this summer. I just know that from a teacher perspective, every teacher paces different and covers different things and sometimes moving mid year proves difficult to get "caught up." Keep us posted! DH is off work watching T today, I'll stay home with her tomorrow and if she isn't back to "normal" my mom will stay with her Monday.

Bobo~Formula is expensive so I do look forward to going back to whole milk!
12.gif

snlee~Poor D! Hope he gets to feeling better soon!

Puffy~It has been trying. And DH thinks we shouldn't have anymore kids for fear that we'll have to go through this again!
20.gif
I do know that I want another winter baby so I can reuse the many, many clothes we have if it's a girl. I can't wait until summer for you!

Tacori~I hope Tessa does great at Target! (I'm sure she'll find some 20-something boy to flirt with
3.gif
) Sorry your friend backed out on your class. Just going and doing cardio is better than nothing. Will Tessa go to Child Watch?

janine~Glad Chloe is doing well with eating solids! We did oatmeal at probably 5 months. Tayva liked a lot better. And we did sweet potatoes around the same time. Good luck! We need pics of her eating solids!

Jas12~Thanks! Sounds like Co is eating a ton. Tayva eats what seems like a lot too and has barely gained any weight in months. She was 20lb 6 oz at her 9 mo and is now 22 lb at 13 months.
5.gif

curly~CONGRATS!!! Sounds like you're doing it all supermom! We could really use an updated pic!

lili~Thanks! When I'm at home tonight I'll post the pic in a bigger version.

Sorry if I missed someone/something. I'm trying to get everything in order to be gone tomorrow and it's a mess. Being gone when you're a teacher is HARD! In good news, I went home and had lunch with DH and T and she is doing great today! She napped well, was happy as can be and is coughing less!
36.gif

puffy, I ate most of little B''s snack since I need to eat so he''ll eat with me. But usually he''ll take couple bites and are done with it so I''m the one eating up all his snacks. We hope he''ll take the soy milk. We''ll try add some to his formula to see how he react.

Tacori, is the baby goldfish smaller then cheerio? Little B still gag on cheerio.
40.gif

Janie, we change little B''s nipple when he was 6 months old to faster nipple but he kept getting choke on so we switch back to the slow one and switch to the fast one when he was 8 or 9 months.

We start out with cereal and then fruits and veggies. We do give him little bit of water after the food. Little B love water.

Jas, that is a lot! Can''t believe he isn''t gaining weight. I''m embarrassed to said I don''t really know how much little B is eating. DH is the one that packed his meals and snack to take it to my MIL house. I just get daily report as "i can''t believe he finished all the food I packed for him today"

curly, yeah on the promotion!! Can''t believe Lucy is starting on cereal, time fly~

Burk, my wallet is ready for a break. Hopefully he''ll take regular soy milk. Hope Tayva recover completely soon.

Burk, sadly Target did not happen. She was acting fussy and tired so I put her down for a nap. She didn''t nap but is acting fussy again...I''ll just go later w/o her. DH is watching her tonight! Then I am going to run errands afterwards.

Bobo, honestly I just know they are smaller than the standard ones. I don''t really remember their size.

curly CONGRATS!!! that is awesome that you are getting your promotion!! Lucy sounds so fun to be around!!

lili haha, B is a total ladies man. i don't know why but he loves the girls. we went out earlier today and this couple was playing with B and B walked right over to the woman and kinda pushed the man away. and it is the funniest thing, when DH puts his arm around me, he will push DH"s arm off me and say "no, no, daddy." he cracks me up sometimes.

qt glad to hear that M is doing better and not waking so early anymore. i have looked at a few cream puff recipes and they do pretty much look the same. but i gotta hand it to you, the ones you made looked so YUMMY!!!

tacori i hope your outing with T went well. B loves target only cause i'm a sucker and whatever he points at, i basically give to him so he won't cause a scene. haha!!

burk such great news that T is doing better today!! i hope it continues and finally an end to everything. i would love another winter baby as well, but the timing is way off for DH and i we still have at least 3 vacations to plan for this year and we won't be able to go to 2 of them if we had another winter baby.

jas12 i just wanted to say that Co is a champion eater!! that boy can eat. where is it all going then if he isn't gaining weight?!!?

janine hi!! hope you and chloe are both doing well.

hope all is well with everyone! B's up from his nap. time to go shopping again with him.

ETA: Tacori-sorry target didn't happen for you. have fun going there later tonight! and have a good workout too!!

MrsS
That''s great that the whole family is looking forward to moving back.
May is just around the corner. You''ll be busy planning Jake''s bday in the next couple of weeks and before you know it, you''ll be home w/ your mom and sister.
Sounds like Jake is really moving around. I wouldn''t count him out in walking before one since he''s already pulling himself up and cruising. He''s a strong boy.
Too funny about him wanting your pizza. I can''t blame him since there''s nothing good about mushy food (especially the mixed veggies and meat
14.gif
)
J is always reaching for things that we eat. I had to give her a few spoonful of my yogurt a few times.

Bobo
Cute new avi. Is litle B looking at the mirror?
3-4 puffs is good. J didn''t take more than 2 initially.
Oh, was going to ask if you''ve tried bigger snacks -- like biscuits or those gerber''s cartwheel?
The gagging reflex may not be because he doesn''t like the puffs, but because the puffs went too deep in his mouth.
I know J was gagging at first if I popped the puffs to far back. They have to be right on her tongue.
The cartwheel worked best because she get to hold it and nibble at it instead of using her tongue to move the puffs to the right place.

snlee
Wow, D is a big eater too.
I don''t think J drink more than 4 oz per sitting.
How is his cough today?

Puffy
Hehe, funny you should say that.
Just yesterday, the ladies at J''s daycare commented that J is trying to run before she can walk.
She''ll take a few steps and her confidence got the best of her and she started to lounge forward and then plop on her bum she goes.

QT
I''ll have to give those puffs a try (right after I try Jas12''s brownie :)
Good to hear that M is back to her routine.
Won''t be long before she throws you for another loop :)

Tacori
Get that darn laptop already and give us some pictures of T.
We are starving for her you know
41.gif

It''s been so long since we got an updated pix of her.

Thanks lili, he is looking out from his crib and on his way to grab my camera. He still gag on cheerios so I''m scared to give him the cartwheel. Every time he gag then he''ll refused to take the food that he was eating. Plus he still don''t feed himself yet, he''ll just hold it in his hand and play it for a while and throw it.
16.gif

Jas12
Thanks for the recipe. I''ll give it a try one of these days when I get a few hours to myself :)
Wow, Co can really eat. His dinner is more solid than J eats in one week ( I kid you not ) and she doesn''t drink that much either.
J did take a few more steps -- they say she''s officially walking since she took 8 steps yesterday!
Is Co crawling? Maybe he didn''t want to mess up his nice outfit?
2.gif

Curly
Congrats! Way to go.
Too funny about not worry about the second one.
I have so many people tell me that :)
Lily is such character as usual. Sooo cute with her speaking French

Haha, I know that all too well.
I have so many pictures of J's washed out faced because the flash went off as she lounges for the camera.

here''s one that i meant to post earlier.
not a pretty sight.
dh hates it when i show these pictures to people.

and here''s her avi.

bobo i love the AV!! he is just as cute as can be!!! just keep trying different snacks with B, i''m sure he''ll take to something.

lili you are killing me over here with these pictures of J!! i think that blink pic is cute!! oh my, J is trying to run already? girl, you are going to have your hands full!!

lili and bobo...the pics are just fantasticly CUTE!!! seriously love them!

bobo-Jake gagged on the puffs at first too. He will eat a few cheerios now but has choked on them a time or two and they still make me nervous. I watch him like a hawk when he eats them.

lili-yay for Jadie walking. that is just wonderful, I bet she is such a cute peanut taking steps.

Okay, I guess you ladies have waited long enough...

T_thoughtful.jpg

Another...she loves walking free!

T_walking_happy.jpg

I''ve got a lot to catch up on......

Q - James was fine with us alternating fruits and veggies. He likes both equally I''d say. He sort of doesn''t like green beans but will eat them. He''s such a cutie because he always makes a scrunched up face with the first bite of anything.
5.gif

Bobo - The food that didn''t sit well was Beech Nut Chicken and Noodle dinner. I''m pretty sure it was blended with carrots because it was orange and tasted carroty to me when I tasted it before feeding it to him. Sorry that there''s no high-cal soy formula! At least you can try soy milk and give him cereal to help him bulk up! Our pedi recommended a vitamin for James too and he hates it. He spits it out all over the place so we have to sneak it into his food
11.gif

Lili - Cute pics and I love your new avi!

Pave - Awww, what a little cutie! James has the same reindeer suit. It''s so nice for our cold mornings.

Tacori - T is such a doll - flirting with 20somethings. I''m glad we did wait a few days before introducing yet another new food. We were able to figure it out pretty quickly since that was the only new thing he had before not feeling well.

Puffy - James is doing fine now. He''s still working on that darn tooth though. He''s a flirt just like your little guy. He loves attention from everyone - men and women.

Burk - Yay for your long weekend! I''m so glad that T has been feeling better.
1.gif
Your new avi is cute!

Snlee - Sorry that D has his first cold
8.gif
I hope he gets over it quickly.

Curly - Congratulations on your promotion!! It''s awesome that you''ve worked so hard in the workforce and as a MOM!

I hope I got everyone!!

Like I said in my individual posts, James is much better. The food just didn''t agree with him and he did some major crying, etc. He was constipated then for a few days which didn''t help but he''s back to 100% now. The past 2 nights he''s only been up 2x each - once for a 4oz feeding and once to be rearranged in his crib. He moves all over the place and will scooch waaay up to the top and wedge himself there. He''s all about rolling from back to front the past few days. He''s rolled from tummy to back for a long time but we''ve never actually seen him roll from his back to his tummy - we knew that he could because he does it at night all the time. Then like two nights ago I was playing with him on the floor and he just did it - over and over again. So cute! He''s also getting really good at sitting on his own, unsupported. He''s growing up so fast
39.gif

Work has been crazy. If this Obama plan works bankruptcy judges may have the power to change the terms in debtors'' mortgages, which means a lot more business for my office (yay for me). If this happens I''m expecting to move back to full time and receive a raise.

tacori- LOVE the pics of Tessa..I just want to cuddle her up..

All the babies are soooo CUTE!

MSB, your son is getting so big and handsome!

PAVELOVE, ahhhh, what a precious sweetie pie!!

BOBO, love little B's cheeks, he is getting so big, super cute!

LILI, ah J is adorable, I love those pics, too cute!

TACORI, aww, Tessa has grown so much! She is adorable, and looks like she is having the best time running around, too cute!!

JAS, love Co's outfit, he is too cute!

curly, CONGRATULATIONS! You''re awesome!

lili, bobo, Tacori, love the pictures! lili and bobo, the flash in the face pictures are so funny! Tacori, love the picture of T walking! What cuties!

QT, pumping at work IS hard work! You and lili are doing a great job!

puffy, how is your closet organization coming along?

D seems to be doing a little better today. Not coughing as much as before. Still stuffed up but better than yesterday. I used to bulb syringe to suck out a lot of runny snot last night and we gave D some steam treatment yesterday and again today when we showered. I think that helped so hopefully he is back to normal soon.

I am so ready for the week to be over. I don''t know how I''m going to make it through a full work week next week!

diva glad to hear that james is back to normal! and yes, the little ones grow up way too fast. it seems like yesterday i was watching B take his first steps with tears in my eyes and now he is running and jumping all over the place.

snlee i''m so glad that D is doing better. it is no fun for anyone, especially a baby to be sick! ugh, the closet organizing is NOT happening. i''ve cleaned out a good portion of my closet now, but i can''t get the rest of the stuff out if i have no place to put the current stuff. haha! and totally doesn''t help that i just went on a MAJOR shopping spree at neiman marcus and bloomies today. i''m sure you will get back in the work routine soon, but i''m also sure it is hard to be away from D.

tacori T totally doesn''t look like a baby anymore. she looks like a little girl.

Hi all,

Could use some PS mommy dust over here (don't want to start a big thread about it in hangout) but DH is going to apply for a few jobs (he's in a Ph.D. program now but isn't happy) out in the Bay Area! I think this would be a wonderful move for our family for many reasons especially as it will make my life with the boys a lot easier overall and we really love that area. The good news is that he wants to work at a place where he had an internship a few years ago and they **love** him there, offered him job after job, his boss wouldn't tell his colleagues his name for an entire summer because he was afraid they would poach him, etc....so now that he's finally ready to take them up on their offers we just have to hope that there are still openings. If so, we'd probably move right after this semester and I would finish my Ph.D. remotely from CA. DH's old boss just sent an email asking for his resume, so it looks at least somewhat promising (they are close so if there was nothing open he wouldn't have had my DH bother.)

Cross your fingers for us!

As for the boys they had their 2 month checkup and shots today! Poor babies, I felt so bad seeing them get stuck with all the needles. But they did pretty well and are just a bit fussier than usual tonight. DH took over early though so I could go to sleep (and what am I doing? PSing! Bad mommy.) Max is now a whopping (to us) 10 lb 10 oz and Dex is 8 lb 14 oz. So basically they have doubled their birthweights in 2 months. I didn't pay much attention to percentiles because they are barely on the charts at all still with the exception of their head size which is at about the 50th for both of them. But the doc said they look great and she's very happy with their growth. Yay!

A cute picture from their "photoshoot" with DH the other day. Enjoy!

neat we must have been posting at the same time.....
your boys are just too adorable!!! and wow, they have grown!
sending tons of dust over to you and your DH and hoping that he gets the opportunity that he truly wants. that would be so exciting for you guys and if it will be easier for you, that would be great too!! i''m in the bay area too.
get some rest!!!!

Neat sending lots and lots of PS dust. awww, the boys are so adorable!!! They are growing so fast!

Thanks Puffy! I might have to pick your brain if we do end up there...although I guess the likelihood that you are in the same area is small, we''d be in what I think they call the East Bay but close to the Central Valley...I think. I don''t want to name the town because it might give too much away about where his preferred job is located.

Going to bed now. I swear.
12.gif

Oh my Tac, she looks even more like you!!!

Neat, the boys look like they are thriving!

Diva, thank goodness you could isolate what was causing him to get sick! Less trouble for you in the long run. Tessa never liked ANY of the meat baby food. Glad work is going well.

MrsS, thanks! Too bad she is not a cuddle bug though
15.gif
Maybe my next one will be.

Skippy, thank you! She loves running around and seeing what trouble she can get in. Doesn''t she look so short in that picture? Haha.

snlee, glad D is feeling better. It is hard when they get sick so young b/c there is not much you can do to help them. Enjoy the weekend with your little man!

puffy, I know! She looks so old!
39.gif
How are the molars coming along? Tessa''s are evil. She was so upset last night.

NF, Major dust!!! My sister lives out there and loves it. The boys are so adorable. Sounds like they are doing great. Love the picture!

Lor, thank you my dear! I pulled out a baby pic of my and she looks 90% like me. Kinda scary! Haha. I was telling Skippy the only difference is her face is a little rounder and her eyes are lighter.

Just wanted to pop in and say everyone has such adorable kids!!!!!!!! Love love love the pics!!!!
