Show me your BEST purchase since finding PS!!!

I love my ering stone, which is an ex/ex cushion - I wouldn't have known what to look for without PS.

But the "culmination" of any savvy I acquired on PS is definitely my 3 stone ring. I still adore it - it's perfect and looks great on my finger with the bands I got from ebay. A lot of PSers really helped me on that project, without a doubt.

The other purchase I absolutely adore - more than I thought I would - is another 23rd street design: my 20K gold and platinum leverback earrings reset. I wear the heck out of these earrings and haven't bought any diamond earrings since because I haven't found I pair I'd rather wear more.

T-Gal - I love your three stone ring. Could you possibly share its stats? I love the size of the side stones, vis-a-vis the center stone.

However, in a nutshell, center is 1.15 ct, IIRC. Sides are .41 and .48, or something like that.

First, my 3.62 ctw OEC 5 stone from JBEG. The diamonds are all 5.5-5.7mm, est J/K and VS. The prongs are plat and the shank is 14k rg.

Second, my .96 ctw OEC studs from LAD. They are 5-5.1mm, est K/L and eye clean SI. They are set in custom 18k wg milgrain bezels.

Hands down, my best purchase since PS is my new wedding set that DH had made for me by Good Old Gold.

I’m having major withdrawals because they’re currently back at GOG, but I took some pics before DH confiscated them from me while I was sleeping. It was the only way he could get his hands on them to package them for shipping LOL (no, seriously though, I think I might have a problem )

I’ve asked GOG to take some professional shots while they're there, meanwhile I finally hunted down the video Jonathan made for me http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R0iJJ9uCSbg&feature=youtu.be (Rhino's an absolute rock star!).

Fuzzy cell phone pics will have to hold me over for now ...

Laila, I have been admiring your Duet for some time now, it is beautiful! I have been trying to decide between the cushion style Duet and a three stone halo by gabriel, one of my biggest concerns with the Duet is the gap result I would have with it, my wedding band is very low profile, 1.8mm high, do you think a small band such as that would slip under the halo some so the gap would be minimal? While
I love the look of the gap I am concerned I would grow tired of it. Any info would be helpful! I have yet to figure out how to post pictures on here to show my band. I tried to attach it but I don't think it worked.

Hi Rascchot!

Sorry I didn't see your post until now! The Duet halo has a small donut and the gap between it and a band is pretty minimal. It's really not too noticeable at all IMO. I actually wished for more of a gap. But yes, a lowish profile band would work best because there is not a lot of room underneath the halo for a band to go under if that makes sense.
