Beautiful trees! I love the blue and silver motif on yours, chellebelle. I also love all the kitty pictures....my kitty is too scaredy to sit under the tree...but I think she sneaks over in the middle of the night and plays with the tinsel....

I agree, I love the blue accented tree Chelle! Aldejaway, your tree/room looks like it could be a christmas card.

As I mentioned in an earlier message no tree at home this year, however, I took a picture of the one at work. I see it everyday so its almost mine, right?

Here''s mine.

I took numerous photos (40+) but am too tired to find the best of the bunch so this will have to do until I can find a better one.

(My tree does have more ornaments than it appears. I guess some of them don''t show up well w/the camera I was using!)

Here is my kitty under the tree. She loves to chew on the ribbons!

It''s not too soon, but unfortunetly the only two things we''ve opened are pretty generic. A box of hickory farm''s processed cheese/summer sausages and a box of see''s mixed chocolates. bleh!

My friend sent me a gift (to my po box, of course

) that I can sneak and open early! hehehe I''m totally tempted to do so.

...OK I finally got the tree decorated today (Christmas Eve)!

This is the entry hall to our house.

The clear pictures of other people''s trees, with ornaments one can actually see, have made me realize I have to get a better photo of my tree! The picture is too dark and taken from too far away to see any ornament! Maybe I will do better in daylight? (One can only hope!)

Deb ;-)

Nice pics Deb. I love your angel tree topper!!!

wow Deb your tree sure is stout!!! i love those trees!

Looks great!!

Thanks, Mara. $9.99 (reduced from $39.99) at Home Depot because it was bought so close to Christmas! (My father and I got it together.) Even with the pine roping, all I spent was $15.73 that day! That beats the $200-$300 of getting a tree at a nursery here and having it set up for you!

Here is one of my favorite pictures from Christmas Day.......he is just the apple of my eye!

kitchen mantle minus the stocking that usually hang down from the garland. You probably can''t see them, but I have santa''s reindeer ornaments (Pottery Barn, ages ago) on the garland, plus my kids college ornaments.

last one. this is my family tree. I have little frames that are ornaments, all have family pics in them, plus a few dear departed pets. I added the chandelier crystals for extra sparkle!

WOW Ann you artist you!!!

I LOVE the living room mantel and the dining room buffet and that last shot of the ornament tree...how absolutely divine!! Gosh I feel all inspired now. Too bad I am at home and not out shopping for more Christmas items...

. I love those tall gold trees...I saw some like that recently at a small boutique but they were shorter...not as large and breathtaking as yours!!

Ann,
I am in awe of the decorations. Everything is picture perfect!!!

Ah, the cones were purchased at SteinMart a few years ago. I have seen them around a lot. I stuff angel hair and lights up in them for even more glitz.

I''m no artist - just love Christmas!!

thanks guys. The hard part is taking all of it down.

Ann, you home and decorating are outstanding! I know what you mean about taking it all down -- I dread that part.
