Flutter, you look like you are having so much fun on the dance floor. Great picture. I don''t think I''ve ever seen a photographer capture the bride looking so happy. Your dress is gorgeous. I love the red accents - very special dress.

I can''t post a pic of mine w/o renaming it, but i just posted the pick on wedding necklace thread. no pics of me in it yet..hopefully by thanksgiving i''ll have apic

Maggie Sottero Capri Royal.

Here are a couple of pics of me in the dress. It''s not in my size, I''ll upload more once my size arrives.

here's the back/train. I'm a shorty so this one is WAY too long.

My Melissa Sweet "Nicolette"... please ignore my shiny face... it was a little warm in there!! Also, disregard the weird lighting that sort of throws a shadow on the bodice... a light was out over my little platform.

EphDress3.jpg

Side shot... can see the long veil a little better, and part of the back...

EphDress5.jpg

Better shot of the bodice without the weird lighting issues... plus I thought it might be nice to try out a "sitting down" shot!

I LOVE that Melissa Sweet dress. It looks terrific on you!

ephemery1: is it sad that every time i see you in this dress, i wish it were my dress?

it''s just so perfect!

Mara, Charger, Rainbow, DL, JCrow... you guys all know exactly what to say... thank you so much for your sweet compliments!! It took a bit of searching but it really does feel like "my" dress, somehow.... and Mara, I'm kinda excited to see the final product too!

JCrow... you are too cute... I have a feeling I'm going to be doing that too as people keep posting gorgeous dresses on PS!!

Budget, the veil is from Priscilla of Boston... I believe Melissa Sweet as well? I loved that it was so simple... complements the dress without taking away from it. I much preferred long veils when I was trying them on... it seemed like shorter lengths could sometimes detract from the detailing on the back of the dress, depending on where it hit.

Here's my dress...and the link about it https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/my-wedding-dress-came-rolled-up-in-a-fed-ex-box.44749/=

I bought the dress for 50 bucks for a beach wedding and I have never tried on another dress (hate shopping). It also did not fit when I bought it, but with the help of the weekly workout thread, it fits! Here is a pic of me in the dress. Excuse the funky chest area...the dress was still taped when I tried it on to see if it fit! (Plus I couldn't wear a bra...need to lose a couple more pounds for that! LOL...) I just bought it at a regular dress shop.

Here''s the dress I have picked! It will be made by my sister''s friend who designs gowns in Greenwich, CT. An old italian tailor....

lilmaria- Wow that dress is amazing. I like that it has the two peice look.. and the blue is so pretty..

Clary - Love that gown.. So girly yet so simple..

I''m a second time bride, aged 44, and want something very simple, I think I''m going to have the neckline changed to a sweetheart, what do you think? Our wedding is next September in Tuscany, in a 12th century castle! Can''t believe we already have 30+ family/friends who will join us from the US! I have family in Italy as well, so we are planning a very fun and beautiful wedding!

Thank you San Diego Lady! Indeed, a lucky, happy lady!

thanks..my dress will be white, but they don''t have a pic of it on the demetrios website. i found that this dress had the combo of everything i liked in all the other dresses i tried on...i.e., corset, sweetheart, pickups, sparkle

can''t wait to have a pic of me in it!!!

This was my gown. I LOVED it - It is still laying on my old bed in my parents house

It is by Demetrios - the Sposabella line (style # 4189)
