Here's my 9+ carat heliodor (golden beryl) cut by Dana Reynolds, in a 1940s-inspired silver setting by Daniel M.

P.S. her name is Boomz and I think I can wear her even when I’m 80. Thanks to my jeweller who described her as “it’s so BOOMZ!”. Lol...

All 3 rings were set by Wriston from Asiatique. His shop is at Lucky Plaza basement 1.

Wriston is very good. I live in the UK and he does quite a bit of the setting for me. It's easy to find a standard-setting from him or you can ask him to do one up.

Seeing your gorgeous ring, I am torn whether to set my EC Aqua from Jeff W in a similar setting, or stick with the original plan to set it as a 3-stone with step cut Morganite traps he specifically cut for me with the Aqua in mind!

Sticking with the original plan, as I forgot I already have a blue Zircon that Jeff W has cut for me in his signature wind-mill Asscher waiting to be set! I am almost certain it will be air gap/line halo of some sort.

There is also an elongated blue-green Tourmaline that he has cut for me waiting to be set, however, that is likely to be with lab trillion sides to increase finger coverage.

Married here but my left (and right) hand is a free for all. I wear anything and everything depending on mood/outfit!!!

I just pretend it's the engagement ring of the moment hehe

I admit I don’t want wear my tourmaline often because it is a delicate stone and when I do it’s always on the left. I baby it and make sure it’s in its own box in my jewelry case as well. I did not expect it to be so big! I don’t know why I didn’t but I guess I just did not do the math before adding that halo lol.

Eta I am married but I don’t wear my wedding set 100% of the time.

When I was married, I would swap out my modest 3-stone EC engagement ring 0.75cttw and plain 2mm platinum wedding band with one of the bigger rings I had at the time, like first two pearl rings and my mum's cabochon Ruby cluster ring.

I don’t have any! I just don’t think they look great on me. My biggest one is my rainbow sapphire and I don’t wear it much. I also have a champagne-pink zircon in a larger halo type ring and that one I wear but I don’t think it qualifies as a honker.

Yes left hand. Married but I wear my diamond rings when I want to be low profile. Otherwise I happily wear whatever I am in the mood for that day.
