Boo. I had mine changed on Sunday. $100!!! My air filters were quite disgusting though, they showed them to me. But still! Highway robbery!!! Last time I got it changed at a different place it was $15. I will be returning there next time. Ha!
Can''t say I''ve ever had Korean food before. Weird! Maybe I created an association because of my evil Korean dormmate in college.

sunny if you lived near me i''d kidnap you and take you to this great korean restaurant we have downtown and i bet you''d seperate the food from the evil dormmate in a flash!
it''s named after the owner (an elderly lady who still does a lot of the cooking herself) and they have sushi too
oh and there''s a gelato place next door to it... definitely best lunch/dessert combo i''ve had

Nope, it''s in the Central West End. I actually just found that Spaghetti Factory the other day, totally randomly! Had no idea it was there.
A buttload, apparently. I should have just bought them myself. Damn FI for not being car savvy!Date: 6/2/2009 12:47:48 PM

Ohh, must have misread -- didn''t realize the filters were included (I don''t know how much those usually are).

my favorite place to eat as a kid. st. louis is only 3.5 hours from here, and we''re cards fans so we used to vacation there fairly often. in high school we''d take field trips to the zoo and the science museum (love the radar guns over the highway) and i''ve been a couple times in college for the MVC tourney
LOL, seriously! %$#@&!!! Maybe these are super filtered ones...like breathing the purest oxygen in all the world... I can''t justify it, who am I kidding. Now I''m pissed.Date: 6/2/2009 1:00:22 PM

The air filter for my car is about 15 bucks, and it takes 5 minutes to pop it in.
Sunnyd, you should learn how to change yours!
If it makes you feel any better, at least you didn''t get suckered into an engine flush that could actually destroy your engine.Date: 6/2/2009 1:07:21 PM

Excellent, thanks! I think we''re going to do some of the outdoor things soon. Just need to tear myself away from our pool (although today would have been good for something, because it''s hot but not sunny).
I pulled out of my carport too quickly, hit the pole, and practically ripped off the whole front end of my car.Date: 6/2/2009 1:14:23 PM

my work is done.
whats the worse car mistake you''ve ever done? not necessarily ruin the car, but a head slapping moment?
E''s dad put gas in the water tank on the boat once. that was pretty funny. well, to us. not to him.
i once couldnt figure out how to turn my brights off, and someone in the car was like ''you''re brights are on'' i responded with ''oh yeah, i know, i have really bad night vision...''
LOL
Aww, I''m sure it''ll be fine. Whoever wants to come kick butt at Jiffy Lube, let''s go! Then we''re going to elle''s to kick theirs!!Date: 6/2/2009 1:08:10 PM
