Thanks ladies. I am going to tell my boss what happened. She has a good relationship with the big boss because she sees her all the time. I rarely do because I''m at my office, at a diff campus. I don''t think it will help much but I am going to try to see if my boss might write the letter. The thing is, they aren''t fact checking, it''s just a letter of approval - and my rationale would be accepted no problem...I just need a boss''s signature! That''s what''s so annoying...so close but no cigar

Yes, ADMIN SUCKS! Unless you''re 22 and fresh out of college, there is no good to come of working in admin. ALthough, the lady upstairs has been a secretary here for 25 years, in the same building. She seems happy...

I''m 24. Heading into college. Staying here because it is part time and flexible enough (supposedly) to let me take the classes I need.

I can''t imagine doing this for that many years. I guess everyone is different.

Laying low (kinda). Been doing A LOT of wedding stuff. A LOT A LOT. But there have been lots of shoe questions, so I figured I''d stop by.

I may start a wedding thread soon. I''ve been a busy little bee.

We left Snohomish when I was 7. Went to Lake Stevens. I moved to Redmond 5 years ago after I finished high school.

Are you still in Snohomish?

Whoa!! Did you go to high school on the plateau? Both FI''s and my family live in Sammamish. It''s where I call home. I wonder if we know each other... Do de do do, do de do do....

Went to school in Lake Stevens. Just bought the house in Sammamish 18 months ago. Right off of Inglewood Hill Road.

About a mile from the shopping center. (Safeway, Rite Aid, Ace, WAMU, Block Buster)

And he doesn''t sound happy. Today was evaluation day. Where they say who gets raises, bonuses, stock, etc.
All he said was "no bonus. No raise. No stock."

Yikes. This can''t be good. Hopefully it isn''t too bad.

Yep, have a look through This thread about PS slang and abriviations, it really helped me when I started on PS and ment I spent a lot less time thinking "What the heck does that mean?"

Also, YAY!!!! BGD Finnished my diamond bezel brithday slider pendand and shipped it today! *Serious happy dance*

Sorry, I just had to tell someone as I''m very VERY excited about getting it. Photos and the such after my birthday early next month. I can''t BELIVE I''m going to be made by BF to wait for this prezzy untill my birthday! He better do a really really REALLY good job at hiding it if he dosn''t want me to play with it before my birthday (unlike my engagment which is not well hidden and maybe sometimes ocassionally asks to be taken out to play)

Winelover, not expensive at all. For a hotel ballroom that is. We can bring our own alcohol, and they''re great with bringing down the menu prices to fit your budget too. When I first started talking to the catering manager, I told him to go wild with the menu because we''re so NOT picky. When it came back muchos expensivos

(my spanglish) he made me another one that was $15 less per person. I love them.
