morning all!! i am SO FREAKING SORE. yesterday i took pilates and spin, so i am pretty sure my abs and ass are revolting against me right now. I have no energy to even go to the neiman marcus grand opening. SAD.

its all weekend. my good friend actually works there!! lucky b*

i have to go do davids bridal today to pick up shoes. i wish they had one in bellevue so i didnt have to go all the way to lynnwood.

Well I think there''s about 4.5million people here on a land mass larger then Great Brittan.....I think we could make some room if you wanted to come over

I also think my fellow kiwis would be slightly anoyed if I traded the entire country for an Ikea......but think of how stylish all our homes would be with such beautiful and reasonably priced flat pack furnature!

We we''re suposed to get NZs first Ikea last year..............But I''m still waiting!

SOOoooo bored. I finished getting the backsplash off and the wall scraped. Can''t do anything else there until the tile place opens tomorrow.
Having a hard time getting motivated to do anything.

No diamonds for awhile. Can''t even talk to FF about them right now. Anything wedding related is just too depressing now. Everyone I know is busy with husbands and kids.

FF is out in the garage doing his wood working stuff. I was pretty much told I''m not invited to help. And more than hinted that he''s busy and not interested in talking or listening now.

So I''m sitting here. Bored. Have stuff I should be doing that I just can''t get myself started on. Have stuff I could do but my heart just isn''t in it.

Okay. So I''m depressed today. Been a 3 day weekend for us (4 days for me) and he hasn''t been in a cuddling mood at all.

I need a big tub of icecream with a thick fudge sauce.

Apparently I missed a big announcement last night (he called about an hour after I went to sleep - I answered the phone but don''t recall the conversation at all) that will impact the number of loans he''ll have to take out for grad school. It''s so not cool to give me amazing news when I''m asleep. So not cool.

The move was successful! We are still a hot mess but we''re working on it. Putting stuff away is the fun part.

Is the whole room full of boxes?? If so... that is not fun. We''ve been working nonstop since we moved in.

The cats are really digging the new place, I however, wish the cats would not dig it so much. They''re up all night meowing and opening closet doors. NO SLEEP!

lol, yes, i do! i have mondays and fridays off now, so i can PS a lot more!! wOOt!!

bowser-dog is loving the new place too. but we have been putting baby gates up so he does not mark the place all up. also, he is in diapers when home alone until he re-learns the whole going poop outside thing. grrr.

I got a re-do this morning, but not the fun "breaking the news" re-do, more of an "I''m assuming you already know the news" re-do.

OK. I have to tell this story to someone so you guys are going to have to suffer throughout.

In the past I've posted about my ex-best friend. We had been friends since 3rd grade, and in February just completely ended the friendship.

Long story short - she didn't like the way I handled it, because I deleted her off my Facebook after she had been posting nasty stuff about me. I wasn't "ending the friendship" via FB, I just wanted it to be gone. She assumed I was just saying it was over, and wrote me a nasty follow up email calling me a B**** and basically said she had no respect for me. This was February

Ok.. that leads us to Friday night. A mutual friend of ours ("L") receives a text from "S" (the ex friend). The text from S asks L when my wedding is. L says the date, and asks why she wants to know. S says "I dont want to know anything about it. I HATE her."

Ok.. you texted in the first place? Then S goes on to tell L that she's mad at her too, and to consider the friendship over. What the heck? Random. Apparently she's been drinking.

Ok, so I'm on the phone with L on Saturday as she's telling me about all of Friday night's drama. One of L's roommates says to L "Hey, did you see what S wrote as her facebook status?" Apparently S posted something on her FB (Which I cant read - we're not friends) that said "No, Elle and I are not friends, and no I'm not going to her lame-@$$ wedding."

So L was really pissed at S for posting nasty stuff about me, when S and I haven't spoken in months. It was water under the bridge! Apparently someone asked her if she was going, and she flipped out. L called S after our phone call, and S ended up telling L that she was hurt that we weren't friends, and that she wasn't going to my wedding. So L suggested that S emails me to get stuff off her chest

I get an email from S:

"I just want to let you know that people keep asking me if I'm attending your wedding. Not wanting to hear about it anymore, I informed people on my FB status that I am not going so they stop asking. I thought you should know before you hear it through the grape vine (AHEM, TOO LATE). I also referred to it as being lame @$$ in a bit of anger. I'm still very hurt by everything, I'm only telling you this so that it stops eating at me. Despite everything, it's great that you are happy."

OK.. so wait... You say something nasty about me, then tell me about it WITHOUT APOLOGIZING to make YOURSELF feel better, and then throw in a lame "I'm happy for you"

ARE YOU F'ING KIDDING ME?!?!?!

Getting stuff off your chest would be talking to me about why we aren't friends and why the friendship ended, not announcing to me that you said something nasty out of the blue. What the hell???

I ignored the email. I'm not giving her any attention.

She and I had years of on-and-off before I just put the friendship out of its misery. We don''t trust one another, we don''t have anything in common anymore. She''s so "hurt" but she''s the one who is going around saying mean things about me, and posting them on the internet. She''s made it so bad that even if I wanted to forgive her and be friends, I can''t. I would be doing a disservice to myself. Whenever she gets upset, she just gets MEAN. She comes out fighting. Then she pulls the "I was so hurt" card. Well, ya know what? You''re 27 now. You don''t get to act like that anymore and get away with it. Learn to deal with issues, and then maybe we can talk. I''m not going to sit around and get abused by her.

Ugh.
