The restaurant sounds great, especially since you are familiar with it and would know what you are getting. You're doing so well with all your planning and everything just seems to be falling perfectly into place, lucky girl!

I think at this point, you know your FMIL is nutso and you just need to find ways to minimize the damage she can do on the day of. Hopefully you and FI can think of complaints she might come up with so you can nip them in the bud. But if someone is going to throw a hissy fit the whole day and you can't do anything, best to just mentally prepare to ignore her and enjoy your day without letting her affect you.

BG - yes, you need to get on top of your wedding dress search because we want to see them!

There has been much progress with my travel plans. Delta finally came through with my ticket, but I had to pay more than FI for the exact same seat. That's kind of annoying, but at least we're officially on the same flight.

Also, I think I'm going to be booking the Four Seasons in a day or two. After a lot of research, I found a way to get exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. It was quite an odd loophole I found, so I think I might post about in BIW since others might be able to use it for their honeymoons.

Bad news on the teeth, though. So I spoke to my dentist this morning and rather than being understanding, he basically said that I agreed to these teeth and now I have to keep them. It was quite an upsetting convo since he blamed me for the situation when he could have easily prevented this by saying, "hey, this tooth has exactly what you said you didn't want. Are you sure you want me to put this on?" I didn't notice the flaw til after they were on since it can only be felt (not really seen) and when I tried the tooth on, I didn't get to touch it. I just have a knot in my stomach and am trying to move on.

Cali: I'm sorry about your teeth. what are you going to do now? Is it really that bad? I told my FI about delta airline. He was like "so... Cali's FI just going to get married there by himself? that's stupid." He is pissed for you too.

Jessie: yes... how was your exam?

I just hate making travel plans, all these places are so obnoxious and unwilling to work with their customers. I'm glad that almost everything is booked.

I'm not sure what to do about my teeth yet. I've got to take more time to think through my options...

So what's going on with you today BG?

Today is a bit relaxing. Two students are away this week. One is sick. I went out for lunch and grocery shopping with my mom earlier. We went to look at another chinese restaurant. It was pretty funny. The manager doesn't know ANYTHING. We asked him what's included. He said nothing. I asked if we can use the projector and the cd player. He doesn't know. I should be like "what DO YOU know?" We will probably go to the restaurant we put a hold on. I'm on my break now. 2 more students to go later. Do you have work?

btw, I got a new book from Costco. Sophie Kinsella's NEW BOOK, Mini Shopaholic. I have ALL her books.

I've read the whole Shopaholic series besides the new one. I'll have to get that one too. I love easy reading like that, it's so relaxing. I didn't see the movie, though. It just didn't look very good.

We're still getting set-up with our work stuff. Hired an employee today and will be getting another one tomorrow. We just took our little pups on a walk and I gave them baths, I love how tired out they are afterwards - it's the only time they actually behave.

That's ridiculous about the restuarant. Quite the sales guy. At least you know you're getting a good deal at the other restaurant and it has so many other positives, so looks like you have your decision!

Have fun teaching! I just realized I missed Grey's Anatomy last week so I'm going to watch that and then grab some dinner. Catch ya later.

I watched the movie. I find the book version is always better than the movie version. You should watch Grey's anatomy. I didn't like it that much last week. Maybe I was soooooooooo looking forward to it. However, I'm looking forward to tomorrow's episode. I should watch Desperate Housewives from Sunday. My BB is taking a nap in her coconut.

Okay Ladies, so i dissappeared. I had to go to micheals so i can work on a home project ....Its Autumn so it time for new home decor, that can be changed to make it more halloweeny, and than changed back all the way until Thanksgiving. I dont know why i feel the need to nest, but i do.

Cali- I am so sorry about your teeth, but he could have npointed that out to you. So are you stuck with them?

Bg- I agree about the books being way better than the movie. I actually kind of hate watching a movie thats be made out of a book.

Ladies, we will book our banquet on Sunday. Hurray!
I am looking forward to next Thursday. There is a sample sale here. I am going with two friends. Lots of brand name 40-80% off. We are excited. Then, next Friday, FI and I will be going away for the thanksgiving weekend. I am so excited.

The exam was just okay. I knew half of the stuff on it, and im hoping for a C.....(haha, I want a C, and i have a C, sorry im tired). The class is hard and not understand the professor makes it worse. Blah

I've been trying to avoid wedding thoughts this week. There are a couple of major things pending right now and unless they both work out in our favor, we'll be lucky if we can manage a backyard potluck for the wedding
I'm doing all I can to get the one thing cleared up and out of the way but the other is completely out of our control and I'm not sure when we'll know about it (could be Oct or Nov... maybe as late as Dec )

I only had one student today. Some students are away. I am going to bake something for my FI. He is working so hard. He has to go to court everyday from Monday - Wednesday. I know he's very stressed out. He came over yesterday night and he looked like he has LOTS in his mind. Hey ladies, busy day again so no PS for me until now.

Still no word from my last hope dentist. Now I probably won't hear until Monday, boooo. The wait and anxiety is killing me.

Jessie - wow, you are so good at making decorations. My mom does the same thing and she is also very talented, but apparently the creative gene totally passed me by. Are you planning on doing your own flower arrangements for your wedding? I bet they would turn out lovely.
Sorry about your math class, that stinks about the teacher. Just try to get it over with and forget about such a crappy class.

BG - that dessert looks fabulous! I wish someone would make that for me. How did it come out?

Too - I'm sorry your wedding planning took such a dramatic turn. **Dust** that you get all good news and can still have the wedding you imagined! But no matter how everything turns out, I'm sure you can make the best out of the situation and have a beautiful, lovely day!

We love our house so much, but still haven't put together our family room. We lost the screws to the TV stand since we had it mounted at our last house, so no one goes in the biggest room. Kind of weird, but we're working on it. I'm hoping it will get cooler soon - the neighborhood is going to be amazing once it snows.

the dessert turns out GREAT. However, I still need to refigerate them overnight and decorate them. I will post pictures of them tomorrow.

Hey Cali- Im so happy you two love your home. I bet it will be so lovely when it snows! O, i love snow, you must take pictures when it snows. Im a picture obessive lady . Hopefully you find those screws soon too. Also, thanks about the floral arrangements. I love to do it, its so much fun. I have a little left over flowers, so im wondering what do you with the leftovers, i can probabaly make another basket, just gotta find a cheap one.I never thought about making my own floral arrangements, now that you mention it, i probabaly will.

Bg- okay, i want pictures though. I love baking, and love posting the pictures. How long did it take to make them.
