I am so glad SO is only doing the MD and not the combined. I know a couple people doing it, and they are busy, but they manage. One planned a wedding, and had a baby right after she got done the program and somehow survived. It'll be ok!

Okay Ladies, can i officially say that i am BEYOND stressed....my Final essay is due in English in 3 hours, I still need to do a damn pie chart, i have an exam right after that i havent studied for, and did i mention im on 3 hours of sleep.

Ladies, I really need a bit of help/opinions.

Ok so we finalised the stone at the beginning of the week and going to see the jeweller today. I am having a bit of trouble deciding on the kind of pave I want.

I still want the design to be the same I think, but I am wondering would I benefit from a different type of pave; mushroom, cutdown, v-cut, micropave?

Also will this setting allow for the wedding band to sit flush?

Bit confused, any help would be much appreciated.

As for my little guy. She suggested i keep him up till midnight but the kid can't make it past 8:30 so he can have food up till 5:30 am and clear liquids up till 7:30. I will be waking him up at 5 so he can eat breakfast. lol

So yeah, normally i dont want that long to do my essays and assignments, but i actually started on it before 12 last night. I dont know how some of my costudents do all there papers a few hours before class, i cant take that stress

So I went to the jeweller and originally wanted this:

But the jeweller said that it would be better and look nicer if I went with the tiffany novo band:

He said he will make the band before sets the stone and show me to see if I am happy and said he wants to do it asap as he doesn't want to have the stone in his possession for too long. I will have it before xmas. Hopefully it will turn out how I am hoping.

When I saw the stone again today I was blown away I love it!! Yay!

They said they were worried about having it there for too long maybe that's why they are so quick but I did overhear them quoting someone else as before Christmas too so maybe they are just kind haha!

Its actually a little more of a older model than styles today....its 2 parts. The first part is a solitare with a Heart Diamond, we chose a 1.25 heart diamond,its actually yellow gold and than the second part is a ring wrap/guard, i found a picture online, but the difference is, its two toned( the main part is white gold, with yellow gold accents, and instead of princess cuts on the side, it has round diamonds, and they are spaced about a little more.

I'm around! This evening my mom and I got a lot of errands done for my sister's birthday. K and I spoke again and we're going to see how things go and hopefully we'll be engaged within 9 months. If not we'll reeval at that time.

My little guy had his eye surgery yesterday and he did really well. It was a long recovery out of anesthesia. He pretty much cried and screamed for an hour and said that his eyes hurt. Ugh...it was horrible. He's doing good this morning though even though his one eye is still dilated. I'm so glad it's overwith! Oh my goodness his twin was so ridiculously sweet to him! When he first saw him and that he was crying/screaming, he himself burst into tears from worry. Tonight he was telling him, "I was worried about you, want me to scratch your back? (scratching his back) Can I get your some crackers?" OMG they were so precious to watch!

What is everyone doing this weekend? I'm hoping to go Christmas shopping this weekend with my honey. My in-laws are here (late husband's parents), or how i love free babysitters! It's so nice! I have no family around so it is nice to take advantage when they're here!

Had my calculus final this morning--
left after finishing that and got a pint of Ben & Jerry's Karamel Sutra...

So.... yeah.... didn't go as well as I had hoped. Now I have to wait for grades to find out how I did.

O i am so sorry Too- I completely understand, and know how you feel. Im in the same boat with my math final. I feel like i studied all of the wrong things and am hoping i just did well enough to pass the class. Also, i agree about the ice cream. We havent heard anything about C's job, and wont until maybe wednsday, or thursday. Also, i want some ice cream because C just told me, the jewelers called this week, and the ring is going to be a lot more than expected, and he told them that its out of price range right now, and its going to have to wait. I am so sad and depressed by the news, i feel like i jinxed myself. I had to come on and tell someone and get it out before i break out in tears. Ive given up hope, i really have. Between School, his job, and now the ring. If i didnt have a final tommorow, i would grab a bottle of wine, some ice cream and crawl in the middle of my bed, to cry.

Thanks Too, i am going to. *sigh*, i feel like i jinxed myself with the ring.

No theres nothing C can do about his job. What it is, is he works for a company and orders all the parts that techs call in to fix a machine. So orders the parts, gets them ready to be delievered and does inventory, and theres only 3 people in his position. Well, there are programs, for these machines, and sometimes the customer needs the program, they tell the techs, and the techs tell C. Well, when C first started working there 5 years ago, he could and would order the program. Well they changed that a few years ago, and put it in the training manuel, but no one told C, and his coworkers, or double checked what they were doing. So he has been ordering these programs, and thought that billing was billing them for it, but they werent, so the customers got the programs for free. Now C is worried because his boss said that the company has lost 47,000 due to these programs being ordered, and most of the orders came from C. His boss said he was going to sign him up for a training course, online, but didnt know if anything else would come from it, since it hasnt gotten to the big boss. C's boss said there could either be write ups, just the training course or nothing. The reason why we are so scared is, the company is looking to lay people off, and have let people go for a lot less than this.
