Thanks mela! I always meant to tell you that on my way home from work I pass a restaurant named "Mela's". Everytime I pass it, I think about you and wonder if that is your real name. But I think it's your dogs name, no?

Aww. That''s sweet! Mela is my doggie
30.gif
. Mela means "apple" in Italian. "Lu" is her middle name, which is in honour of my late grandmother Luigia.

Ironically, we have an Indian restaurant called "Mela". Apparently, it means ''gathering'' or ''to meet'', and has become a term referring to a celebration of all things Asian (music, dance, food and fashion). Is your restaurant Indian or Asian?

My real name is Italian too
2.gif
. We''re want to name our kids with Italian based names to continue the tradition. Especially if it''s a girl. That way, no matter who she marries (and changes her surname) she''ll retain a bit of her Italian heritage.

Hey! Don't forget the hubby and his Croatian heritage!

ETA: For those ladies who don't know, both our hubbies are Croatian.

InLuv - your chart rocks the party that rocks the body! It''s nice to see some charts again!

Come to think of it, I think we have a restaurant named Mela too! It''s Indian. I love the idea of reflecting ethnic heritage in a first name, especially for a girl. Our favorite girl name happens to be French and I''m half French-Canuck, although I think the choice was totally subconscious.

You are? NICE!!! I''m Canadian (100% Italian, but was born in Canada). But you''re in the States, right?

One of my "top" middlenames for our little girl is French: "Soleil". This is solely based on the fact that I like the name, and loved Soleil Moon Frye as a little girl
9.gif

You should DEF consider a French name / middlename for your future LO! French names are so beautiful.

Oui! And even my dad was born in the States (Manchester, NH or Manchattan/Manch-Vegas) so TECHNICALLY it''s just the heritage.

I do love the Frenchie names. They are so graceful and feminine. Le sigh.

Festy - my hubby has a nice thick head of hair like Luca. They look different, but just as hot in my book!

Mela - LOL - I always tell my DH that our baby will get his last name so, let me pick the first!

Me too.

I think that I mentioned somewhere back a couple of posts that while this cycle would no longer require an immaculate conception, it would be something of a long shot. Well, there will be no miracles here. Though the pangs of disappointment are more dull this month, they are still there.

Right now, I just want answers. Guess I''ll be needing that HSG afterall.

I''m sorry to hear that. The test was so quick and easy. I really hope it''s the answer for you!

Sorry Lulu

I hope the HSG does provide some answers for you.

thanks gals!

I''m really fine this cycle. plus, my mom is coming into town and we''ll be spending the weekend with my little brother and his wife. so i''m really looking forward to some fantastic fun with my family.

hope that you all have a great weekend!

Lovely - sorry sweetie!

I''m on 6 DPO and might be following in your footsteps with the HSG if this cycle is a bust for me. We had great timing - BD''d two days before O, the day before O and on O, but we shall see.

Have a nice weekend w/ your family!

I''ll be hoping for some fantastic news from you next week blushing!!

Ugh - so frustrating! Yeah, I'm hopeful (but not, that hopeful - if you know what i mean). I try not to get too excited considering this is cycle 10 for us. Thanks for rooting for me.

Hey girls.

I''m okay, thanks for asking about me. I''m just feeling like laying low for a while... but I''m okay.

In happy news, this period has been much less "intense" I guess you could call it. I think having only 30 days worth of lining instead of 40 or more results in less clotting and less cramping.

In other happy news, if I ovulate around cd14 again this cycle, I can test on Mother''s Day. Maybe not the best idea in the world, but... what kind of happy day would that be, you know if I found out I was about to be a mother?

I took today off work and Paul and I are just hanging out, having a good time. My grandmother gave me a piggy bank a while back (when I was already an adult, but years before I met Paul or started talking about children... she''s odd and gives things to people at random times). Anyway, I kept it tucked away for years and now it''s in the baby''s room. I spent a lot of last night gathering up all the change in the house, starting a baby fund for the bank account we''ll open when the baby''s conceived. That was fun, and re-instilled the hope and faith that our baby''s coming, just not in December.

Thinking of you all wishing this cycle to be *the* cycle for all of us. I seriously cannot wait for the day when *all* of us leave this place behind!!

I hope everyone has a wonderful Easter. It''s the greatest celebration there is!!!

Yup, I know exactly what you mean

Fisher I think it will be within 3 months now that you are ovulating earlier! Fingers crossed this is the cycle! Just think, you only have 2 weeks until you ovulate!

Sorry about the AFs, lulu and Fisher. .. I hope next month brings that BFP! Fisher, most pregnancies on Clomid happen in the first three months, so those are good stats to look forward to.

Blushing, I"m looking forward to your test date as well! Your Bd timing was great!

Is today a workday for everyone? We always have Good Friday and Easter Monday as holidays here on our island - so we''re at the start of a four-day weekend! Yayy!

Aww, so sorry lulu and fisher.
