Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but......Just got my 1st OEC (this is for sure because of PSers chatting about OECs). She is .41cts G SI2. and in a pretty little Art Deco setting! And I can honestly say I do notice the difference in the cutting. COVID and all, I couldn't go out to shop for a ring, but happy I found this one online, and the 1st (hopefully not last) to be a part of my modest collection

When I got married in 2007, I got this half carat diamond that I had set into the ring in the second photo below. I never really loved it as it was chunky, and a bit heavy on my finger. Plus I found it hard to match with any band.
So this year I had the diamond reset into a simple solitaire setting with a very thin band as you can see in the photo below. I love it now and the diamond sparkles so much more as well in the new setting!

I like it much better in the thin band also but im partial to thinner bands. Lovely!
