Under 1ct diamonds

Thank you! I'm working on upgrading my engagement ring but it'll still be under 1ct :D the joys of tiny fingers!!

Have you thought about a 3 stone? Your .25 stone would make a lovely sized side stone to a new 3 stone - even on tiny fingers!

I had a 3 stone RHR before & LOVED it (amethyst with small diamonds either side). Was small but lovely. Unfortunately I lost it at work. I think DH wants to use my current diamond for a pendant but I like the 3 stone idea too- thanks! Will start researching...

My wedding finger is a 6.25-6.50 size so I’m jealous! My earlobes also aren’t petite! You’re very lucky!

Congratulations! I love all the sentiment in the making of her gorgeous ring. She’s lucky to have a fiancé that is so thoughtful and romantic! :))

I just got the middle band for an anniversary but I’m not sure if I think the slight color difference is worth it, or if the bands overpower the solitaire. In any case I’m very happy with it!

I think your new band with your wedding set looks lovely!

Here is my Brian Gavin Blue .836 I VS2 - size 5 on a 4.75 finger.

Nice! Can you get sizes after 3 decimal places? Would yours be a 0.84 carat rounded figure?

I suppose you're right. I just reported the size as it was listed on BGD. Didn't want to exaggerate the size of my under 1 ct diamond. =)2

Just never seen a size 0.xxx that's all. Looks lovely btw! =)2

Here is my 0.64ct O colour OEC. Yes, I have a wonky ring finger :)

Hi all,
It's been a while since I've read up on Pricescope as I got engaged and married but it was an invaluable resource when I was going through the purchasing process.
You can check my post history for some information about the ring we ended up with, but in summary:

Stone from Whiteflash
(ACA H&A, 0.728ct, I color, VS2)
Ring made by David Klass, inspired by a Danhov design my wife liked
(Platinum; size 3.75; 14 0.06ct G color, VS clarity rounds)
David worked with me by going through about 15 CAD variations (my indecision), he had the ring made and I wasn't happy with the photos so he made two then sent photos of the one he thought was best. He also found the stone setter for Danhov and had them set my ring for me.

It's rare for a week to go by that someone doesn't comment on how beautiful my wife's ring is when she's at work or out and about.

So thank you Pricescope for all of the information!

I just received this beauty today and soo over the moon with it! It's really all I've hoped for and more

Center is a 60:60 diamond, 0.7 ct, XXX, K, SI2, with strong blue flour and completely eye clean. I'm happy to say it faces up white in most lighting and only very faintly colored in some. Overall it works really well with the all white halo :)

Hopefully this is helpful to some who is considering this style ring. It definitely has a significant presence even for a 0.7 ct center. Ring is size 6.
