For casual day at work I doubled my 62 inch continuous baroque rope from Sarah at Kojima Pearl. I broke out my button-shaped lavender pink Edison studs from PP for the first time. Added my freshwater lavender pearl bracelet from local designer Stephen Vincent Design in Minneapolis. I feel like I kicked casual up a notch with my pearly pretties.

I think I'd like a pair of button Edisons too at some point, likely in white. No rush though.

Fly Girl, that rope from Kojima is fantastic. The colors and textures make it so interesting; Sarah is so creative, and has an amazing eye.


This is my silvery/white SS baroque pendant on a 16" strand of silvery/white keshis. I bought this necklace in the spring of 2013 from PP [monthly special]. The earrings are white ripple pearls that I purchased from the lovely bsomlo .

Thanks bsomloand LitGeek. I really like the keshi necklace with the pendant; it makes it more interesting.

I'll try to get pictures with my other SS pendant. The pearl itself is much prettier, nicer luster with pink overtones.

Do you pearl-loving-ladies ever feel you should change your pearls at least once a day so you can rotate through them?! It's not practical -- but in a way it would be nice to "dress for dinner" a la Downton Abbey... well, maybe not (says bsomlo in sweaty gym clothes about to change into flannel nightgown for the rest of Sunday...).
