Misspinky!!! Thanks so much! I really appreciate the help! I feel like I''ve looked and looked and looked but wasn''t able to find any of these beautiful shoes! I''m thinking of maybe getting a more neutral ceremony shoe and possibly a fun reception shoe. I love the polka dots and the slightly overbudget pink ones! Thanks sooooo much!

The ones that came the closest were 4 and 7/10 inches and those were Louboutins...I''m sure there are some 5'' shoes out there that are within the budget, I just haven''t found them yet. The search continues...

So true. I know my request is a challenge--I have been looking for a while! Baker''s actually had a couple pairs that weren''t too stripper-esque, but I haven''t been able to try any in my size. I saw some 4.75" Stuart Weitzman heels in purple on the Zappos site, but they were about $200 over budget, sadly.

I really appreciate your help!

Kittybean -- I'm always on the lookout for purple shoes (I just got a pair of purple boots from Aldo that are wonderful)...
Anyway, these shoes from Bebe are purple satin, with 5" heels plus .75" platform - not sure how you feel about the platforms, but thought I'd post a pic!

I know, my budget is ridiculous. I originally wasn''t going to wear any special shoes, but a few months ago I tried on a white pair of sandals with my wedding dress, and I felt so much like a bride! But the sensible part of me says that while people will look at the dress, they won''t be looking at the shoes

TheBigT, I love these! I am definitely into platforms, especially nice hidden ones like these shoes have--it makes for comfier, happier feet.

Can you post a link to them? I checked on bebe.com and didn't see these particular shoes.

So I found a pair of shoes I like but, this might seem a bit weird, I''d like to find a nicer pair. These aren''t made of real leather which I have found to be very uncomfortable and sweaty for my feet. I would love to find a pair that are like this, but made of fabric or leather.

If any of you come across anything like this in your shoe hunts please let me know!
