What story?

I only have one photo up yet. I haven''t had much time to do it, right now Im just waiting on an OK so I can go home. I will probably post a few tomorrow or Sunday when I have time to actually DO something.

What''s the point of anti-tarnish if I am storing Plat and diamonds in it? Will it cause a film or anything gross like that on the jewelry?

the boxes are amazing and my best friend is thrilled with hers as well...I started filling it up as soon as i got home and noticed a lot of empty ''ring'' slots....more of a reason to start expanding my collection in order to fill it up!!!

Will that anti tarnish stuff have any effect on other metals and stones besides silver? I don''t want some funky film building up on my stuff if I use that.

Is the velvet treated is Iguess what I want to know.

I cannot seem to find a jewelry box worthy of my trinkets ;)

That's a nice box!

My husband actually had me sit down and go to websites that he had found and show him boxes I like. We almost bought an all-koa wood one in Hawaii but I couldn't fathom 700 dollars for a box that wasn't perfectly right on the inside.

ame, this is it-- item #H82538. In the video she says it is safe for all jewlery--if it safe for pearls, it is safe for diamonds and platinum!

That is nnot the exact same one but they are all made by the same company. I am not sure who it works but I have had mine for a while now and it hasnt done anything to any more my jewlery. They are great little boxes and I have given some of the smaller ones as gifts, you can buy little stainless steel or brass placks from Things Remembered and have them put on the boxes...I love monograms.

This is the one that I had got. It is quite spacious, very soft for rings and looks durable...i tried not to mix my silver jewelry and gold/plat jewelry all in the same row, just in case! other than that, im very happy with the purchase...

Oh, good! the good thing with QVC is that it is so easy to return items... I want to use this box for all my diamond stuff.

Just want to report that I received the mini-safekeeper and am very pleased with it. I also emailed the manufacturer asking about its safety, especially for tnzanite and invisibly-set stones, nd here is the reply I received from an actual person (with a name & phone umber) (within 24 hours-very prompt):

"Jennifer-
Thank you for writing. Our Silver Safekeepers are safe for all jewelry
including silver, gold, gem stones and even pearls. You should not
have any problems with any of your jewelry.
Thank you"

hmm, that box looks really nice and inexpensive too! I think my new ring will need a nice home..
