I asked DKJ to make it based off of a no longer made ArtCarved band, about 5 years ago. 18k Rose gold and platinum. Not engraved but pieced together.
It’s probably one of my most frequently worn pieces!

The FC band is from Rozental - it was a stock piece from them. 2ctw. Newly cut stones.

Maybe a bit yes and no?
Some I feel like they require awareness of where they are on the hand, and what that hand is doing 100% of the time.
Others - not at all, and this Skye falls into that category.

I love how the 5 stone came out. The stones look uniform and it looks so wearable

And I still love the FC, love it so much I borrowed the design

She finally arrived, and I love her! The bottom ring came from Leslie LSC and is supposedly a 1.23ct I VS1 OEC. The top ring was sold to me as a 1.27ct H/I VS2. From the looks of it, either one is larger than stated, or one is smaller. Regardless, I love them both. I need to have the new girl sized up slightly, so hopefully I'll be able to get that done next week. Can't wait to wear her!

Sorry I just saw this! Bottom ring is an omc and it's probably pretty deep hence why they both measure same ish in carat weight. Love them both!!

I was thinking the same but that would result in differences of tenths of mm, not this much difference I think!

I do, but not the kind that can measure depth of the stones. The width is roughly +/-6.9mm.

Found the paperwork on the 3 stone and they say the OEC is 6.55 x 6.65 x 4.4 (approx.) So I guess it could be all down to depth.

Crown on the solitaire is puffier than the 3 stone. I will ask my jeweler to measure the depth when I take it in for sizing.

If the one in the three stone is 6.5 and fairly deep then I think the estimate of 1.2 seems right on par. So I’m guessing the new solitaire with a diameter of 6.9 and a puffier crown is more like 1.4+.

My diamond is having a little party in New Jersey still. She visited Hackensack and Teterboro and Jersey City. Seller was very nice but said there was no way to recall the package at their end. So I wait for the union to reach a settlement. If I wasn’t such a big union supporter I’d be annoyed but good for them leveraging a strike at this time of year to negotiate. Unfortunately my project is on hold until it’s all resolved!

Tracking has not been updated since Nov 21 (it was processed though their international sorting facility in NY and then nothing) and today USPS announced they were suspending all mail service to Canada due to the strike. USPS website says they will return to sender any packages currently en route to Canada. I don’t know if that applies to my package or not. I don’t know if it’s still in USPS possession or if it’s in Canada Post’s possession and just in limbo. Maybe it will become clear this week.

EBay buyer protections require me to formally report that the item has not arrived within 30 days of the expected delivery date, which is Dec 3. I then have 21 days in which to open a claim with eBay buyer protection if the situation isn’t resolved. I have let the seller know about the strike and they are apologetic about the situation, which obviously isn’t their fault . Today I asked them to follow up with usps about the location of my package and find out if it’s being returned to sender. While I want to wait it out bc I want this diamond, I can’t afford to let the buyer protections lapse. So if I don’t have any firm updates and resumption of tracking by about Dec 28 I will formally make the report on eBay.

Thank you, @lala646 I bought her in a minute because I had been looking for a nice GRS Old Mine Muzo green for a long time. There was also this three emerald ring but I realised that even with the GRS Muzo green appendix there are variations. This three stone ring is nice but the color is not as deep and saturated...
