Cosmetic Enhancement for Holidays?

I am a member of the small tit/big ass club, I love being able to go around sans bra.

I couldn't hear the sloshing. And I tried.

She could hear the sloshing, more than that she could FEEL it. You know, like how if you spun around with a 1/2 empty 2 liter soda bottle, the centrifugal force would be noticeable. Well, imagine that in your boobs. Evidently some women get used to it, she really couldn't. As I mentioned I have other friends who are happy with their salines, but they do take getting used to. In certain positions you can feel the implant kind of fold in on itself. These drawbacks are why silicone filled implants were so popular when they were legal.

To me, the main thing is that they don't feel right (to someone besides the owner). If I was a man, I wouldn't want to be in bed with them.

Don''t loose all hope, Reena -- you can have implants without sloshing boobs! Some doctors are starting to use silicone implants again -- both the old liquid silicone type and a newer, cohesive silicone gel. They don''t slosh.
There was recently (past 3 yrs. or so) an enormous study done that showed that there is no increased risk of autoimmune disorder among women w/ silicone breast implants. I think they doctors who are implanting them now might be part of a new clinical trial??

All I know is I would LOVE to get small implants. Perhaps from an A to a small C? (I''m 5''8")
However, FI is against the idea, and I''ll probably never do it because I''m extremely allergic to several types of plastics and adhesives...

yeah, i''m almost 5''9" but with my frame (i currently have As

) i think the most i could pull off is a full B. anything bigger than that and i might tip over (not to mention look like a streetwalker, as the FI jokingly puts it). (not that there''s anything wrong with that. lol) the Bs would be goooooooood news though.

but, i don''t know--i haven''t put a ton of research into this, but it seems like all of the associated risks just aren''t worth it.

HI:

My sister had reconstructive surgery post bilateral mastectomy for cancer at 42, and because she had no abdominal fat for an atologous graft, they used saline implants. She is a a marathon runner and I asked her about "sloshing" and she said she is quite unaware of it.

Many years ago, I too considered breast implants for cosmetic reasons and visited 2 plastic surgeons of some renown in my city: one surgeon whose practice consisted of mostly cosmetic work likened the procedure to a manicure, while the other whose work revolved around reconstruction due to surgery or congenital deformities or trauma was very serious in his discussion laying out all the pro and cons; and it was based on his opinion that I chose not to have the work done.
But that was my own decision and it will be different for everyone in each case. I guess what I am saying is be informed as you can be.

My friend would beg to differ. She subjected herself to another surgery to have them removed, so I don''t think her aggravation was imagined. As I said, some of my friends are quite happy with their salines, but anyone considering them should be aware of all of the pros and cons. One of my mom''s friends had a reconstruction after a double mastectomy, her boobs are amazing. Totally realistic, with truly MIND BLOWINGLY real looking aureolas and nipples. Really, you''d never know she had a mastectomy.

i've only been working in the field for 5yrs., things have come a long way in just that amount of time....maybe technology has something to do with it.....or maybe just technique......implants that weren't filled properly would probably "slosh", fortunately, i haven't seen (heard!

) of it!

This was a few years ago. I've read about others experiencing it, I think you're right about the technology. Evidently the valves on the older implants could leak, so the surgeons would make sure not to overfill, which may have led to the sloshing.

A few of my friends have silicone implants, a few have saline, all of them are fairly natural looking- no Pam Lee or Anna Nicole Smith jawbreaker boobs. I have to say, the silicone ones do feel more natural to me. Me personally, I could never get over the idea of having a foreign object voluntarily sewn into my body. Obviously thousands of other women don't have that problem.

I know, my mom is MINISCULE. Both my mom and sis have butts that are flat as pancakes, I have a big ol'' biscuit butt. Don''t know where that came from either.

Nope, she''s not on the pill. She''s been about a C+/D since she was 15... she''s 18 now and they seemed to have finally stopped growing. I was a full B in high school, but all the stress of college must have melted them away.
