@mrs-b I haven't heard of it yet. I do vaguely remember seeing speculation in some news articles that it would be the day that internet broke when "adieu" turns out to be the word of the day (as apparently many people have adopted "adieu" as their first try everyday). That would be something to see!

I HAVE been using a particular word to start every time, so maybe I'll hit upon it with the first try someday.

Yay welcome to the party @missy ! Isn't it woderful that it only happens once a day so we can't get very addicted?

Oh I've been out of town and wordle distracted. Wed/Thur were 5/6 for me. DH accidentally spoiled Friday's word for me. I forgot to play yesterday and got a 6/6 in the archive this morning

My DH spoiled it the other day as well, he was devastated for me when he realised what just happened (I told him it was fine, I could take a break from Wordle for a day ).
