The stone is an antique cushion, 1.75 carats J color VS2 from Leon. He did a beautiful setting for me, that involved many things I love! I was taken by a Single Stone setting several months ago, and wanted to change a few of the minor details. I wanted milgraining around the marquis and the round, and a beautiful and unique head and profile. Gypsy, I was inspired by your gorgeous ring, and had milgraining all the way around the shank.

Many, many, many thanks to Uppy, for communicating with my now fiance over what I would love most. My FI is SUCH a dear and worked so hard.

I've been a part of PS for a long time, and I so appreciate everything you all have taught me.

Hello! thanks for all your input throughout my ring process... if you remember, i was nervous regarding the overall size of my ring given the fact that it had 2 halos... however, my boyfriend reminded me that my initial reaction was excitement/love for the model but i became nervous after once i started thinking about what people thought/how it compared to my friend's/family's rings, etc. and that i shouldn't care about what people think! so we went forward and then last week he proposed!!!!

we LOVE it! i couldn't be happier with the ring, and feel so fortunate and happy to get to marry my bf! it's been an amazing week! he proposed on a hike in malibu last friday (we live in minneapolis) and i haven't had a chance to take more pictures, but here is the first!

i know it's not typical, by any means, but it suits my style... i wanted something cocktail-y and with a presence, and definitely NOT delicate! and simple and clean in overall styling...

This is a present for my friend who is expecting her first child. She's been wanting an opal for a while and the child is due near the end of October... PERFECT!

.96ct Ethiopian Opal in 18kt WG pendant .31cttw of diamonds. I got it on my trip into the diamond district yesterday from Klim Jewelry (66 W 47th). They have a HUGE selection and it was a difficult to choose between all their gorgeous stuff. They set the stone for me right then! It's always a harrowing experience setting an opal, but the stone is perfectly set.

He proposed a couple months ago, but I couldn't help but notice the center stone was not centered. It was very off balanced. Yesterday I just got my E-ring back and couldn't be more happy. I'm soo excited for my wedding on July 29th 2011. I have always been on pricescope reading all the wonderful post.. Now I'd love to share my ring with all of you

I started a thread here to pin down some of the options for my ring which surprisingly was the hardest part;

https://www.pricescope.com/communit...ich-victor-canera-design-for-my-round.159724/
I was looking for a Harry Winston inspired design for my 2 carat stone and the pave there Victor calls "Shallow U-Cut" so that was what I selected for my reset. He also gave me the wonderful idea of making the shank be a little bit graduated. My shank is graduated from 2.1mm to 1.7 on the bottom part of it. This he told me would keep the "heavy shank" syndrome from happening, where the parts that aren't paved seem like they're a lot bulkier on the shank.
