I am going to an Ear, Nose, and Throad doc today. Getting my ears cleaned out. I still have some cloggage from snorkeling. I hope it doesn''t hurt

Damnit! Now I want mac & cheese. Serves me right for venturing out of ST.

But it sounds so YUMMY!

All of the possible wonderful cheese combinations to get just the right creamy, rich sauce. Maybe baked in the oven with shredded cheese on top to form a gorgeous, golden, crispy layer of cheesy yumminess...

MMMmmmmmmmm.


Could serve it with a salad to the side.

ETA: I saw the conversation over there and was trying to avoid thinking about cheese.

ETA2: Tyler's Ultimate, Alton Brown, and Bobby Flay all did some REALLY yummy looking mac & cheese.

Off to go try round 2 of digging out my car so we can take it to get the tire fixed.

A wanted to take the tire off and walk the tire over to National Tire and Battery about a half mile down the road. I told him no way and I think he''s mad at me now. I know he knows what he''s doing when it comes to cars...but this is my baby and I''m just not comfortable with him doing that. Nor am I comfortable with him carrying a tire all that way...ESPECIALLY if it needs to be replaced instead of just plugged.

No kidding. That''s what I told him. He''s upset that I won''t let him but understands. So we''re gonna dig her out, inflate the flat, and drive that half mile over to NTB where they said they can squeeze it in to plug it.
