Morning! TGIDF.

Bia we made mac&cheese last night too! It was okay, a little weird. And the stupid roux boiled over and got everywhere.

Not looking forward to cleaning that up.

I want Mac n Cheese now!

I want a BEER now.

They were able to do it all endoscopically and they only had to take one ovary.

Secondly, right?!!! The béchamel sauce was good, in fact I followed everything according to recipe. But it was just too cheesy, if that''s possible? It was like alfredo almost. I am not big on alfredo, so maybe that''s why I didn''t love it. I prefer Kraft, to be dead honest.

Mine wasn''t too cheesy, but not all that flavorful. Rachael Ray, that was a miss. But I''m so excited for my lunch today, another RR creation - spaghetti in gorgonzola cream sauce with walnuts.

RR annoys me, too. And a lot of times I don''t like her stuff. But A makes pumkin pancakes from her recipe and they''re TDF.

You know this morning as he was leaving he said, "So what kind of yummy & unhealthy snacking do you have planned for tonight???" He has officially nicknamed me 'Snackwells.' He found my Swedish Fish stash
