I used to have nightmares as a child about being stuck in a room with an ant that kept getting bigger and bigger and bigger until I was squished in this tight room with the ant pressed up against me. I still freak out thinking about it.

Really? Hmmm...I find that with coffee but haven''t yet with green tea.

Oh! Elle, since you like tea, think about trying Rooibos (''roy-bos'') tea. FI has been giving it to me for a while now and I really like it. Plus it''s super healthy for you (antioxidants and all that healthy junk - also supposedly helps with anxiety).

They are the American Cockroach - also known as ''water bug'' in the north, ''palmetto bug'' in the south. They are just a larger (very LARGE) version of the classic roach.
